I picked the in person option and a couple days later I received my confirmation email confirming my in person appointment with the address of the facility. I also received some documentation that I completed prior to the appointment. On the day of my scheduled appointment I arrived 15 minutes early and was informed right at my appt time that there was a confusion and my consultation was over the phone. So unfortunately I did not get to see anyone even though I drove down there. Their location is very pretty and calming though.

I don't understand how those questions were relevant to my medical care, and they made me feel uncomfortable and singled out. I left feeling disrespected and concerned about how I was treated. I hope this facility improves the way it communicates with and respects its patients.
