Stopped in here today for the Sour Sunday event. So did EVERYONE else! The large space was very crowded and busy, but bartenders did a pretty good job of cranking out flights, and their fill-your-own-flight-sheet-while-you-wait-in-line system is pretty clever, especially on these busy days! We tried 8 beers, and about half were really terrific. The other half were alright, not bad, but nothing that stood out as exceptional. I'd like to try this spot again on a less-crowded day to really get a feel for their beers. read more

A pretty nice brewery, but I really wish the beers here were better. I have had a couple of their brews here in Brooklyn (look for the Cuvee Augre!) We ordered two flights, and unfortunately were very underwhelmed by 5 of the 8 beers we ordered. The highlights were the Kriek Lambic, Big Berliner, and the Grape sour. All were nice and tart and interesting takes on the style. A few of their beers were pretty big misses. The Gose was pretty awful. I am still convinced that they gave us the Grolsch, but the bartender actually said that the Gose did not meet their expectations, which probably means they should have just drained the batch. The other beers need some more body to them. I do hope that Free Will does well. There is some potential there. read more

Consistently great beer...my boyfriend and I have been meaning to get up to Free Will for some time. When we heard they opened up a new tasting room, we really wanted to go. First chance we got, Valentine's Day, and because I'm a great girlfriend, we went! We told ourselves we were just going to go for a drink but we ended up sitting there for hours. We both ordered samplers to start, then a single drink each and split the last. All of which were delicious. I was so impressed. Usually when I go to a brewery and try numerous beers, there are always a few that I don't like. At Free Will, I enjoyed every single one. Oh god and my poor friends on Untappd got slammed lol. Huge fan of free will! Fun atmosphere, pleasant service and great beer! I enjoyed their Lemon Gose the best! They have indoor and outdoor seating, with a huge, well lit, inside brewing room that you are also allowed to sit in! They have about a half dozen Jenga sets, that are signed and illustrated by patrons free to play. They also have regular food truck visits! It is nestled right in the town of Perkasie. Highly recommend if you're nearby! read more

I love, love, love Free Will. We live right down the street so it's easy to drop by to have a flight or a pint. They have tables outside so we can bring the kids and they love to play in the grass while we have a drink. They don't serve food so you can bring whatever you want, snacks or takeout from The Perk. They do have food trucks usually Thursday through Sunday so you can grab a bite there. They are really reasonably priced as well. Flights are $10 and you can usually fill a small growler for $5. read more

The only thing that I would improve is to add a restaurant to the bar. Their beers are crafted with love and it shows. They have a wide variety that changes with the season and they are not afraid to try new and strange things. It is excellent. read more

Drove here from Philly to check out a local brewery. Not sure it was worth the drive. I appreciated that it was just a brewery and not a brew pub. Very loud space since it was all metal and concrete. I went here with a couple of guys to get beers and relax. And everything was good, except the beer. The concept and brewery atmosphere gives the place a relaxed feel, and the bartenders were friendly and knowledgeable. There are a few games to play and picnic tables to sit on inside the brewery floor. And I thought the $10 sampler for 4 beers was a reasonable price for the quantity. We all felt the quality of the beers was subpar however. Each exotic beer has a shallow flavor that hits you with a front-of-the-palate quality without any depth or richness that you would expect from a more well-rounded beer. All of us commented on the similar perfume quality in every beer and had a hard time finding one we liked since they were all more reminiscent of wines. read more

Been wanting to come here for a while and finally visited the brewery for the first time tonight. Really enjoyed it. Was a beautiful night and we ate from Taza Food truck at a picnic table outside enjoying two Crispers. Food and drink were both great. Sat next to nice couple and just had a very enjoyable evening. Only have one complaint which is not with Free Will but with their clientele. A very large group of people took up about a quarter of the outside area this evening. They had about 6-8 kids from 1-10 in age. They weren't awful but still annoying and disruptive, blocking the walk that lead inside and just generally running around. Not sure why people think bringing kids to a brewery is appropriate. People just have no sense! To top it off, they brought what looked like 10 pizzas from somewhere else. Free Will doesn't discourage this but this was a bit much. Free Will has a local vendor there and it should be supported. Sorry, this just seems like such a self-absorbed thing for these people to do as if Free Will is a Public Park? Maybe they're ok with it, I just thought it was weird. One other note: Inside was FREEZING! My SO loves it cold and it was too cold for him. :) I guess it was to keep the 'product' cold? Not a negative, just a heads-up so you can come prepared if you don't like it cold - bring a sweater. read more

A cool craft brewery in sleepy little Perkasie. They normally have quite a few beers available. There website is normally updated too, that's always helpful to know whats on tap.There isn't a kitchen but they often/normally have food trucks. Trucks are great for variety and offer the option to try certain ethnic foods, but the times Ive tried any of the food it hasn't been that great, not bad, but nothing that knocked my socks off. I haven't planned any future visits when a certain truck returns. Plus the food trucks are expensive, I get it your paying for more than just the food, your paying for the food to get there, cost of the truck, etc.. If your into hoppy type beers, beers with higher IBUs, then Freewill might be your place. I'm not a big hoppy beer drinker so Ill try to be neutral in my review. I think the current overly hoppy beer trend is like the thigh master or kettle bells of exercise gear. Its the "in thing" right now. I found their Kolsch style beer, which is a normally very clean smooth beer, to be a bit bitter. If your into the higher IBU style beer this is your place and worth checking out. read more

Always enjoy coming here. Will pick up a bottle, have a flight, enjoy food from the food trucks on weekends. A little over a year ago I went here and the AC was out during the summer, that was pretty terrible (I am going to assume that was fixed). Relaxed atmosphere. 14 beers on tab. Growler pricing is a bit off, $10 for 64 oz fill (excluding growler itself ($5), vs. a 6 pack (72 oz) for the same price. Each beer seemed this way, $15 gets you 64 oz of an Techno IPA fill or a sixpack of the same. Free tours Saturdays. Free tasting (sample 6) every day they're open. Tour was lowkey but informative. Groupon is a great deal, 2 shirts and 2 empty growlers for $20. Free Will is growing quickly and is starting to experiment more, sours, bretts, and barrel-aging were going on today. read more

This is a great brewery that has food trucks that come out on the weekends. Stop on by with your growler if you are in the area. I been here a few times, but over the summer I had the DIPA chasing the dragon. This was my favorite brew for 2017 even though it was out the year before. Try a sampler. read more

I am not the biggest beer expert and I actually can't stand people who've only just dove into the trend of being a "beer snob". So that being said, this place always treats me well and I like what free will has to offer. I'm also excited what they will come out next. I dig the sours here. Top quality very fresh craft beer that come in 2 or 3 different sizes on tap. A few nitro charged selections also. 32 and 64oz ''growlers'' along with 6pks and various size single bottles to go. Clean comfortable friendly atmosphere with intelligent and well informed staff. After going there quite a few times my suggestion would be. Grab a friend have a pint of nitro charged milk stout ''Perkasie's Murphy's'' and grab a 32oz grower of something to go. Avoid Friday night too crowded no longer has that cozy chill at the local taproom pub atmosphere that all the other nights have to offer. read more

Seriously, this place deserves six stars. This is by far my new favourite brewery. Everything they have on tap is good. They really know their sours and as far as I am concerned they are the first east coast brewery to get a west coast IPA right. They really have fun with their beers and get very creative. Nice place, Friendly staff and nice atmosphere, I live nearby and have stopped in at least 8 times, Each time i visited i tried their flight, a sample of a few different beers in search of a beer that i like and unfortunately i have never tried a beer i liked, I have found every beer i tried to be sour, Their beer is very hoppy, I have talked to allot of people who like their beer, unfortunately i don't, I recently visited a New Brewary in new hope PA and tried some samples, some beer were hoppy but they had a few that were not and i really enjoyed, So it can be done, I wish Free will great success and hope one day they brew some beers that are not so hoppy. read more

First time here. The beer list was was great; I loved the Destiny's Wit and the Mango Wheat. They had IPAs, sours, and other beers as well. You could get stuff in a bottle if it wasn't on tap. Atmosphere was nice and friendly. Unfortunately the food truck was having some problems and people were waiting a hour for sandwiches. I will definitely be going back here! read more

I can't believe I have not written a review for this place. I have been going since they opened. They have definitely gone through some changes. It is great to see a local business be successful & expand. I love this place! The bartenders are very knowledgable & super friendly. I like many of their beers & bringing the food trucks in on Friday through Sundays is great. We have had some great food with our great beers many times. My daughter actually loves going to the food trucks. Another bonus for us is that we can walk there!!! read more

Went to the one in Peddler's Village. This beer is good! Try the "Cloudy With A Chance Of Charcuterie" IPA. Loved it.

Always love this pace, beer is so good and the atmosphere is fun! Wish they'd have a kitchen but I get the reasoning for the food trucks. Please move to the center of town, your business is one of the few that can change the whole appeal there! Good job guys! read more

Can't wait for our next visit! Had a great experience for our first time at Free Will tonight. Jeff was incredibly knowledgeable about the beer and we had a great time talking with him. You can see where they make the beer and Jeff said tours take place on Saturdays. They are open for "business" from 4-8pm (different hours Sat & Sun) and allowed up to 6 free samples for each person...we loved them all. We took home a growler of Techno IPA which was very reasonably priced at $12 (64 oz). We will be back soon! read more

I love free will! The new tap room is spacious which makes it a good place to hang out with friends while drinking awesome beers. The only downside to the new tap room is that the previous free sampling of 6 single pours is gone. They now sell full sized beers and flights in addition to their bottles and growlers to go. The beers are reasonably priced and rotate frequently, which makes it easy to try a lot of different varieties. They also do free tours every Saturday! The staff is really nice and helpful. 5/5 I recommend free will! read more

This place is absolutly amazing! The variety of beer and rotating taps turn free will into a new experience every time I walk in! An amazing barrel age and sour program that is second to none! I'd go as far to say that free will could hold their own in Denver or even Portland! The service is great! Archie is a blast, and Laura is one of the best bartenders I have ever met!
