There were some other interior designers whose website looked cluttered or had red font all over the place and my thinking was that the website was a portal into designers thinking. Besides the website, I reviewed the projects on the website and they looked like the contemporary designs that we were interested in. She was a tremendous help to us in choosing the countertop slabs, tiles, backsplashes, interior paint color etc. She has an "eye" where she can notice small inconsistencies and explain them to. She also factored in all we were asking - e.g. my wife's heart was set on using one particular tile, and Jennifer made it happen. But overall, she kept everything very cohesive. Even the house interior color - she used her bigger paint samples and looked at the tiles etc. with her bigger samples in the actual house setting so that she could factor in the light coming into the house. Without her, we would have made so many mistakes and because of her inputs on almost everything we selected, we don't look at any part of the house and say, "dang we made a mistake here - we should have done this instead". Besides the great "eye" that she has, Jennifer is very enthusiastic and easy to work with. She also attends a lot of conferences to keep aware of the industry trends. If I were to build another house, Jennifer would be choice for the interior designer.

Condensing, sorting, designing, rearranging and adding finishing touches to his home so that it was staged to sell. He'd initially had it listed for 6 months with minimal interest. Once Impressions ReDesign came in and and took charge it had an offer within 2 weeks of re-listing it. Also when we were selling our home, we again worked with Impressions ReDesign to help us with staging. Nice, clean, simple and inviting. The process was not at all what I expected. The initial meeting was short. After spending a few thousand dollars, I did not get what I wanted. The contract was signed to provide me with a design and materials selection. I did not get either. The design has to be done over as the contractors are unable to provide estimates based on the measurements or the concept. The materials selection was not handed over to the client. My suggestion to anyone who hires an interior designer is to be EXTREMELY careful on what you will receive at the end of the process. My experience was not a pleasant one and turned out extremely expensive in the end as I have had to re-do everything. Needless to say the process was handled extremely unprofessionally. If Customer Service were paramount she would try to make things right.... continues to handle unprofessionally.

The Yellow Chair!  They met us in our home and listened carefully to what we both wanted. I need to state this now; my husband and I were at each others throats when it came to our remodeling ideas, but Kallie, with her genius insight and impeccable design skill led us to a design plan we have fallen in LOVE with. Kallie and Mike took the care to make sure our kitchen and fish tank design blended seamlessly; and that is no small task! Kallie took all our favorite colors and incorporated them seamlessly into our kitchen, and made our 250 gallon salt water tank blend into our home like it was always there. Mike and his crew built our dream kitchen with incredible craftsmanship and care.
