I was fortunate enough to get David Ahrens, the service manager. We fiddled with it a bit with no luck. He went in and came back with an RFID card. He used it and away it went. He apolgized for the problem and said the charge was on them! Thank you David, you turned an unhappy morning into a great day!! I will say it might have been nice if the huge full cab Chevy truck hadn't been parked over here, over The Line blocking one of the Chargers or actually blocking two of the Chargers. Don't think it's EV!

We met a salesman who did not introduce himself, but had only been in a business a couple weeks. I was undecided on what trim level I wanted so I wanted to compare them and he did bring up the two different trim levels, which I was comparing. We decided on a car and wanted to get pricing on leasing. The salesman told us that the price was discounted to around $47,000. It is even advertise on their website for that price a discount about $4300 off MSRP. When the salesman came out with the " four square" or the pricing details, the sales manager only discounted was $500. And of course they added a bunch of BS stuff such as an extended warranty. Which absolutely makes no sense when you're leasing the car for three years. Which add almost another $4000. When I asked about the pricing he gave us he said he was mistake possibly. Mistaken.? it's on your website. When we said we are way too far away he got up and he had a temper tantrum and crumbled up a piece of paper. We walked out and I will never ever go to that dealership again. Don't waste your time to go into the dealership who advertise a price, but not stand behind that price!
