I did end up calling back the company after doing my research and decided I wanted to see what they can do for me. I did need help on my payments, season was very slow, I was honestly in a bad position. Nikki got me approved for a lower payment, she held my hand through the process, she keeps in contact with me, and if I had any questions she'd always get back to me.
