Rude and they lie in their advertising. For example they send you an email that say's " It was a…read morepleasure speaking with you again today. As I mentioned, we launched a new loan program with rates as low as 5.49% and terms that go out as far as 5 years. Here is what we will need in order to get you approved:" When speaking with them they told me that the business loan is unsecured. However, if you move forward with the loan expecting the 5.49% you will find out that the loan is not unsecured and for the 5.49% it's only for a 1 year payback term, not the 5 years in their bait and switch advertising. If you go to the 5 year term the interest rate starts at 10.49% to as high as 21%. On top of that my they charge a loan origination fee of $7,500 additional on a $150,000 loan adding to the misleading interest rate they advertise. As a consumer, I find this practice disgusting and a waste of my time trying to figure out all hidden costs they don't tell you about. Terrible company!
