While the sales and service folks seem to be friendly and very cordial, the actual follow up and commitment to customer service after you pull off their lot is sub-par at best, which I can assume is a result of the owner/upper management's piss poor ability to go the extra mile. Or perhaps allow his sales team the ability to make decisions on their own. I purchased a vehicle July 2020 which I am relatively happy with. The kick to the nuts and piss poor rating comes from being told a 2nd key would be provided. It wasn't until after the of purchase I realized only 1 key was issued. The sales rep (Chris) that handled my purchased assured me a 2nd key would be issued by Freedom Ford and mailed out at their cost. Well, 4 months later, 4 calls later, and 4 emails later, the rep has continued to dodge (should have bought a Dodge in hindsight) the request, blame the owner (who is apparently more into hunting than customer service), and basically just ignoring the request. The keys itself is around $150 and cost another $100+ to program. So instead making good on a promise (after the paperwork is signed and money is exchanged), I'm looking at buying a key that is the equivalent to my monthly payment. The last phone call I had with the sale rep, he told me he take care of it, and get me something asap. As of this posting, no reply or update, no second key, nothing but being dodged. read more

We are on vacation visiting Utah to see some of the wonderful and historic landmarks that this beautiful state offers. Unfortunately our recently purchased motorhome had an engine failure and we were towed to the closest Ford dealership. I want to give kudos to NAPA Brian Auto Parts of Loa, UT who towed my motorhome to the Freedom Ford dealership in Gunnison, Utah. It is a small town but everyone here has been most kind. I'm staying at the local motel and will be here until the repairs are completed. Bad customer service in service department quoted me 320 to fix my truck the end bill was over 650

We bought a brand new 7 x 14 single axel trailer last week and had their service department attach it to my 2018 Ford pick up. My truck is as stock as they come. They mounted the jack too close to my truck (Yes they mounted it, I didn't do anything). When I got home I noticed that the jack was mounted too close to my bumper and I had a big gouge in the plastic piece. So every time I turned the jack was hitting my bumper. I went in on Tuesday and showed them what had happened and even the service guy said that it was their fault and that JL would take care of it. Sarah came out and took pictures and said that she would show them to JL and give us a call. My husband called today and Sarah said it was our fault because we used our factory hitch rather than a aftermarket one. WOW Are you kidding me you are a Ford dealer. You should know better than anyone and I don't believe for one second I'm the only one that uses the factory mounted hitch. I will NEVER go there again. I should have listened to the people in town that has said they DO NOT take care of their customers. Not to mention they are WAY over priced!! I will make sure to share my experience with everyone I know. DON'T GO THERE!! read more
