I called the tow shop up and they pick me & my 24" car trailer up with-in 30 minutes. I live almost 1,200 miles away in Springfield Nebraska. So I had to leave my truck with them to have a transmission put into it. They got the job done in less then a week. I rented a U-Haul van to pull my trailer back home with the wife at my side. I drove back down to get my truck with a friend by using a Enterprise one way rental car. My truck ran fantastic all the way back home the 1,200 miles. I even think it got better fuel mileage on the way back. So today I ordered them Pizza for lunch, I hope they like Domino's Pizza because Lotsa Motsa wasn't open. Stand Up Professional Service! Our truck blew a transmission line that immediately vacated all of…read moremy transmission fluid. We were virtually in the middle of nowhere in the desert of western Utah with no phone service (Thanks Joe Biden!). We had to hitch a ride 50 miles to the nearest town of Delta, UT to access phone service to make towing and repair arrangements. Delta did not have an adequate tow service to haul both truck and trailer. So, a shout out to Delta Chevrolet who recommended Dearden Towing in Filmore, UT, about another 30 miles south. Dearden immediately dispatched the tow driver to Delta and picked up us and then proceed back out to the middle of nowhere. We were towed 80 miles to Dearden Towing and Auto Repair in Filmore where there mechanics got right on the diagnosis despite being near closing time. The tow driver parked our trailer at an RV Park for us at no extra charge. The part for repair was ordered and would be there in the morning. I got a call at 1010 the next morning -- Your truck is ready! They immediately dispatch their driver to pick me up at the RV Park and take me to the shop. The ladies in the office and the entire shop of mechanics were all involved in taking care of us. Great attitudes all! An hour later we were hitched up and back on our vacation, only losing one day. My Family and I own a 6.0L Ambulance and was travelling to Colorado when we stayed a night in…read moreRichfield, Utah. That night the temp got to -5 degrees, so in the morning when I attempted to start our ambulance it wouldn't start, only crank and crank. I tried everything I could but was limited to what I could try. I called several shops, even the FORD dealership nearby and no one would help (holiday's). Jay's Diesel was the only one that offered advice on the issue. My diesel fuel had gelled and needed to melt on its own. Jay's offered to tow my ambulance to their temp controlled shop while we the fuel melted. In the end, Jay's sent over his son to see if he can assist on starting our ambulance. He met me in the hotel parking lot with a can of starting fluid that he bought on out of his own pocket and started my ambulance right up. Family and I are forever grateful!
