They diagnosed the issue (a really sad and obsolete lift) and got us back on the road quickly. And, for the amount of work they did, we feel the cost was very fair. It's always a crap shoot when you're traveling to find a good mechanic. When we dropped 'er off we already had a really good feeling. There were a few Tacomas there so they obviously know their Yotas! CJ took his time to explain what happened and what he replaced. I am VERY happy and I highly recommend them. They did everything they could to get us back on the road to home as fast as possible. They were all very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. They went above and beyond what they needed to do.

I had just filled up my tank, so I got 250 miles away... I stopped for the night and before going to bed I checked my email. They had tracked me down by calling AAA. I hadn't even thought about my wallet until I saw the email. Dave not only found me through AAA, but the next day he mailed my wallet overnight to where I was staying so that I would not be without it. I knew it was an ok place while I was there, but the fact they did all of this really blew my mind. What great people!!! I wish I could do something more than just a yelp review. If you want to leave some suggestions as of what these guys deserve, I'm all ears :)

AutoZone in Richfield is 60 miles from my house. I called to make sure that they had the fuel pump…read morethat I needed. I asked if the assembly came with the pump and was told yes by the rep....his name was Eric. When I got there, he told me that all they had in stock was the pump without the assembly and would have to order the other one with the assembly. Since I needed the part, I went ahead and took the pump. When I got home and installed the pump, I broke a piece from the old assembly, necessitating another call to AutoZone, I spoke to Ty this time. I told him that I would return the one that I had just purchased when I picked up the new one. I was informed that they couldn't take the other one back without approval. I explained that the part had not been installed in to the car yet, it was just placed inside the housing. I was told that it didn't matter. At this point I essentially told them that I wouldn't do business with them again. The response was "okay"! Great customer service!!!!!!!!

Our tires were difficult to find, but she called around to multiple local shops, located exactly what we needed, and even got us to the location. Other towing companies were quoting us over $500, but Junior was honest, fair, and incredibly kind. This family-owned business truly restored our faith in genuine, good-hearted service. If you're ever in doubt about using their services, don't be. They are honest, reliable, and truly care about the people they help.

So a part that was $90 and took 50 minutes to install, but charged me $365.70 for 2.5hrs of labor that didn't happen. Total bill was $519 for 50 minutes of labor and a $90 sensor. Small town customer service and honesty doesn't exist here. I will be taking my business to a place that understands the meaning of Integrity.

The service manager denied responsibility, stated not accountable, and denied my request for a copy of their service warranty. Not even an offer to look at my vehicle! High Country Auto service center of Richfield is unethical and obviously not good at their job.
