The older man at the front desk did not believe her when she said that the bill had already been paid by her dad. She paid the bill again in order to retrieve the car and have her dad settle the account later. She found the receipt in the passenger seat and returned to the front desk for a refund. When asking for the refund, the manager came out and angrily asked if she wanted a refund. He then took out a $20 bill and tossed it at her. Instead of letting her have the refund sent back to her card as requested, the manager continued and gave her a cash refund that was $1.45 short. If this is how Jimmy's treats female customers, I will never go there. One of the employees later apologized to her dad over the phone but the manager did not.
