Had we known, we would've said no to the install and the whole thing. We didn't find out about this after a few months of wondering when the "Rebates" are going to come. In addition to that, we asked JCP&L why our bill is this much. Little that we know that our panels are not producing enough energy. So we reached out to the company, and they said the reason why is, we don't have enough solar panels, and on top of that, they didn't submit the proper paperwork to get the rebates. When I spoke with them, they just said there's nothing they could do about it because I signed the contract already. I told them that what they installed on my roof was not the proposal we agreed upon, but they never did anything about it to rectify it. All they care about is they got us to sing the contract by deception. Now, we are stuck with a loan and a system that we never agreed to in the first place. This company is careless and don't about their clients, and they'll switch their proposal on you. First, they will say things to attract you, and then at the end, they will switch things around. I called them a few times and hoped that they would do us right, but no. This is the reason why I'm writing this review about Power Energy Solutions.

I shopped around for a while, and almost gave up, but then I found Vara Solar and they explained everything -- actually made me feel like I was their only customer when I had tons of questions. We were told that they would be monitoring our system remotely and if there was a problem they would be out to fix it immediately. Unfortunately 3 inverters have been down. Eventually after we called two were replaced and the third one was not because they sent the wrong kind of inverter. That inverter has never been replaced. It's been over 4 years. This is ridiculous. Do not buy solar panels rent or lease them from a company that will replace the inverters. They are under warranty for 8 years. Well imagine how hard it is to get them replaced when half of that time the company has done nothing...
