When you do repeated injections in the painful area and it doesn't help, he tries to shame you into continuing the injections anyway. If he had bothered to review my prior MRI or order a new MRI (and any good practitioner would have), he would have found that it was referred pain from a severe back problem that can't be fixed with injections and requires surgery. My advice is to try somewhere else that isn't just a needle-jockey mill.

Staff was very nice and checked to see how much longer before I would go into an exam room..said I was next. After waiting an additional 15 minutes, I informed staff I was leaving. I heard them call my name as I was walking out the door but decided I didn't want to deal with the wait every time I needed to return. I'll be looking elsewhere.

Which to me did not make sense, they just throw customers of their clinic to the curb because a doctor left? I had this happen with a medical clinic and they just assigned me to another Physician. Next, they told me I could wait a few months as they were possibly getting a new doctor. They did not care that I was in pain. I no longer recommend this place to anyone.

Jeff has many techniques he uses, and truly cares about the well being of his patients. His self motto proclaims, "never settle for mediocracy." He also believes in serving others before himself, which is one of the most important things someone in a health care manager position could do. I would recommend that any patient looking for a multi-discipline therapy center, take interest in Apogee Therapy Center. Apogee has Nutrition Therapy with a dietician, Physical Therapy, Massage Therapy, and Speech Therapy. What a blessing in disguise. She spent plenty of time listening and evaluating as she began treatment. All I can say is "Wow!" It almost felt like a miracle for I've never had an adjustment plus and in a couple of hours say I feel 100%. But that is exactly what happened. I couldn't sleep before because of the discomfort, but in that one session I had no discomfort anymore. I would definitely recommend Dr. Byrne's office and Dr. Laura Grimm. Most recently, I was experiencing what the doctors thought was classic vertigo and nothing was helping...a week and a half into the miserable "vertigo" I went to see Dr Ryan and we decided on doing some x-rays to get a better look at my neck and it's a good thing we did - ended up finding that the natural curve that should be there is lacking. He adjusted me and I felt better the very next morning - back to normal! Now I just need to keep up with the exercises provided, my new denneroll and my appointments. It may seem like a lot- but your health is worth it and it's MUCH less than going into the Urgent Care and/or ER like I did.
