Called back to Southeast and told them but too late because they don't care. I guess we will part ways and lessen learned for this old guy but I will share my story with our riding group. I like to be able to talk about modifications to my bike with out some one making a hard sale to purchase parts. Willing to share experience and make suggestions. I also do not like the high power sales tactics on purchasing a new bike. Really, I have a few. I do not need a new bike. If the want to do some thing for me convince my boss to let me have more time off to ride. If not fix the traffic in to Cleveland so I can ride all summer long. I do have to say that the prices are bit higher than what I can purchase parts with shipping cheaper at some of the larger online stores. I know that working on bikes requires special skills. But some of the modifications do not require special skills. I think the cost of labor should be tiered based off the type of work being done.

During my couple hours at sister store, R&R had plenty of time to ready the bike for pickup. Drove almost an hour to get there and when I did, the bike wasn't inspected or detailed or QC'ed. Finally after all that was completed, I had to look over the bike myself and found some fairly minor cosmetic issues and through some back and forth, a couple guys took a pic or two of damages, but not all. Said they were putting in a warranty claim for the damages. Btw, selling dealership told me to not take delivery without inspecting for damages. R&R HD said they would be in touch to get the damages corrected. Almost two months later, no contact. I believe they were just trying to get me out of there. Finally took delivery and someone rode it out of shop and was going over some new features and the drawer pops out and hits the tank. Luckily no damage and bike had to go back to service again. They adjusted it, and I was finally on my way after a couple hours. But still no contact about warranty claim, no follow up by either dealership on the purchase itself either. Paid over MSRP (not including taxes on top of that). You'd think between the two dealerships (same owner), that I'd be a pretty valuable customer to make a return customer. Guess not.

WTF is up with all of these negative reviews?…read more HORSE MANURE! I've been a customer of RRMS for a while now. They have always been professional and accommodating. Mostly i've used them for storing a bike or getting service done. Back in April, 2020, I purchased a brand new leftover 2019 Suzuki Boulevard C50 down in Kentucky and from day one there seemed to be a minor clutch issue (would shift from 1 to 5 but not from 1 to neutral so easily). I took it to Rick Roush in my Ram truck a week ago with only 55 miles on the bike's odometer and they came out to the loading dock area and figured out right away that the issue was, the factory did not set the clutch properly. It was at 9mm when it should have been at 2mm. They adjusted it, test rode it, and whattya know, the clutch works perfectly now -- goes right into neutral and all the gears easily. Great service. As far as selection and prices, I have not as of yet purchased a bike from Rick Roush but their selection has always been great and their prices have been fair. Obviously you can shop online, find the best deal you can, then see if Rick Roush can match. If you need to store a bike or you need service or parts, this is the place to go. They have always gone out of their way to accommodate me. I also needed an additional key for my bike and they made it fast at a reasonable cost. Definitely give Rick Roush a shot. Stay Safe!

I was willing to eat the shipping and a 20% restock fee just to find out. With old obsolete bike sometimes you have to try to find things that work. They said 'I told you so" etc very grumpy and multiple seriously angry verbally nasty emails from this guy Jon. Then when inquiring about another used part (from another associate) I was interested in they first said that they don't take pictures of parts. After speaking with another sales person he said he would send me a pic. The part looked horrible and their price was almost double normal retail price. No big deal,so I declined to purchase that part. They then became very angry stating they had removed the part just for me went through all the trouble and now they are expecting me to buy it. I cannot believe these people are in sales?! I have 7 (and growing) old and new bikes and am constantly buying parts and upgrades on line for them from retail sellers and individuals worldwide...so much my mailman thinks I run a restoration shop in my garage. But I have NEVER dealt with such unprofessionalism as this crew. Will never buy from again.

Good price on bike, but salesman and store policies not so good. In May 2026 I drove in from out of…read morestate to test ride a bike. A few days before I called ahead to set up the ride. The salesman said the $500 deposit required to do a test ride WAS refundable. But when I got there the paperwork said it was not refundable. The salesman's attitude was "you sat on the bike and liked it so why would you not buy it?" My response was and is: you don't really know how a bike fits you and how it performs until you ride it. Furthermore, the test ride is limited to 1.3 miles on a local road with a 45mph limit. I did end up buying the bike and had it shipped to me. When the bike arrived, the battery was dead. I had to charge it to get it started. About a week later I texted, and called and spoke to the salesman to ask if he could tell me if the oil had been changed before I bought the bike. He never got back to me with the answer.
