I've used these guys for years going out of my way to patronize them because they don't belong to a big group of dealers. While they are very friendly and accommodating to get my bike in I got a sour taste on 5/27/2026. Had a nail in rear tire of course needing replaced. My bad for not getting a price first but $680 is a bit steep! Too late but called Stinger for a quote after the fact and was told $525. Called back to Southeast and told them but too late because they don't care. I guess we will part ways and lessen learned for this old guy but I will share my story with our riding group. I won't miss going out of my way to where I once trusted my hard earned money. read more

I had a great time here. I stopped in on a trip I took to the Harley Davidson Museum in Milwaukee and then to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Along the way I stopped at 22 Harley Davidson Dealerships. This particular dealership is one I highly recommend stopping at. They have the most unique showroom I saw on the trip. They build a mini town inside with a bar and restaurant. Check out my pictures! They had beers on tap and had beer shuffle board going on for prizes! The staff greeted me as soon as I came through the door and gave me the lay of the land and sent me on my way to checkout the showroom and chips. I would love to stop in here for a bike night. As Michelle C. so aptly states - this is indeed the coolest Harley-Davidson dealership I've had the pleasure of visiting. First of all, the place is huge! And it has a diner inside! A diner! They serve traditional greasy spoon breakfasts and lunch here - open until 4:00 pm I believe. And there is also a bar! They also have all sorts of interesting antique and vintage H-D stuff interspersed throughout the store. And H-D rides and games. See many of the pix I uploaded to their listing. The staff is also super nice! I bought some H-D muscle shirts, t-shirts, poker chips, and dealer pins. I also paid to have them ship the stuff home to me as my suitcase was full! Check them out next time you are in the area! Coolest H-D dealership in the entire Cleveland area, as well as much of the country! The one thing I will ding them on - the day we walked in - the area by the front door was overly warm, stuffy, and humid - whereas the back area of the store where the clothes and accessories are - was cooler and less humid. I bought my bike here a couple of years ago and it was a great experience. The sales people, management, service, and everything else seemed to be well above par. Now when I walk in there are barely any bikes and not one person said as much as "hi" to me. They have a sign on the front door saying "we are not going out of business". I'm just wondering what's going on. I know the pandemic has affected everybody, but it would be sad if we lost this historical landmark in the greater Cleveland area. read more

South East Harley is the GO-TO dealer. I've traveled all over the US and have not received the level of respect and care that everyone in every dept gives to their community. Motor clothes ladies are an absolute pleasure to see chat with and always have the motor clothes section looking amazing and clean, and surprisingly stocked! Parts department has always been extremely helpful and always willing to help me find new ways to deck out my bike and never hesitate to look something up for me on the spot. Service really showed up today thanks to both Greg's (the service advisor and mechanic), they looked after my bike and made sure it left running on top top shape and did not overcharge for a single thing. While I was waiting, I grabbed some food from the diner and I got my food fast and it was super good and the staff was really nice! Everett at the bike wash cleaned up my roadking and it's shinier than new, looks fresh Forsure. read more

This place is not much to look at on the inside at all, but you get inside and it's cool as whiz! There is a full service diner built INSIDE the dealership that serves lunch everyday. I got there too late to have lunch but it looks neat. They also have Elvis's bike on display and a few neat old HD's dating back to the 40's. The store has a neat design looking like something out of Silver Dollar City with their storefronts running along the walls. The staff were also super friendly! read more

I've been at this dealership several times and they are always friendly and helpful. Their diner however is a different story. Pre Covid, waited close to an hour for breakfast. This time waited a bit to get seated the place was empty and no one in sight, finally a parts counter man came over and went in the back and told the diner manager that I was there. She came around the corner and looked like I was an irritation as she was getting off of her cell phone. Not a friendly greeting. great dealership! i had been going to many others over the years for service and even to some local repair shops but when we purchased our 2015 Ultra in WV i needed to find a dealer that could handle our warranty needs on this bike. we still travel to WV for our regular maintance but for work that needs done under warranty we go to South East Harley. we live in Willoughby and tried the dealer out by us but the service dept was terrible! SE was recommended by several friends and we allways get treated fairy there. I do recommend the dealership over many in the area. read more

Southeast Harley Davidson in itself is a great place but the diner is a major thumbs down. Stopped there for a quick bite. Ordered coffee, soda water, a side of fries, side of fried mushrooms, and a half BLT sandwich. The coffee and soda came right up. Then we sat and waited. Waited some more. Coffee is gone. Server was nowhere to be found. Fourty minutes later still no server and still no food. How long can it possibly take to fry up french fries, mushrooms and stack a simple sandwich? Got disgusted and had to go find someone to let them know we'd given up and just want the bill for the drinks. They asked if we'd wait just a little bit longer. NO WAY! This is the coolest and most comprehensive Harley Dealership I've ever been too. And with my father, every new city we go to, we check out the Harley dealership. They have a full retro dinner INSIDE the show room. Of course, they have a ton of bikes to look at. But they also have the showroom set up as a mall. Want boots? Enter the boot store. Helmets? Enter the helmet store front. Parts? Accessories? LOTS AND LOTS OF CLOTHES!!!! My 9 month old little girl came out of there with a complete Harley wardrobe. My favorite, a pink onsie that says: GRANDPA RIDES A HARLEY. This place was just so totally awesome. If you are near Cleveland and you like to ride, this is a must stop. read more

I bought my first HD in July 2011 in Denver, Colorado... So i have been checking out the shops as i travel for work or visit back home. In this case I was visiting back home ( OHIO) for vacation and remembered seeing this shop often when growing up... I talked my mom into coming with me and we stopped to eat there and do some shopping :) I was surprised to see the diner so busy for a weekday lunch break in November... and by a bunch suites... probably all had something HD on them... hiding underneath... but still the same :). .. they had a good crowd. We sat down and I had a cheesesteak and my mom had a turkey sandwich... everything we pretty good... simple, yet tasty diner food. Afterwards we shopped. I love the layout of this store, and since its been described in previous reviews I won't go into it all over again... but to say... I Agree!!! Very disappointing experience . Dropped my bike off for service and was told they were going to do a 120 point inspection, replace whatever needed replacing and that they would wash the bike prior to returning it to me. I picked it up, paid over $500 only to have to take it back after getting down the street because my turn signal bulb had not been replaced. How do you miss that if they really are doing a 120 point inspection??? The bike also was not washed and was returned to me dirtier than when I took it in, complete with bird droppings. I broke down in Cleveland on a cross country trip during the weekend of Ohio Bike Week. Rock and Roll Harley was booked up and told me I was pretty much screwed. S.E. Harley was also booked up, however they wanted to help out a guy on the road, and they did so in very fine style. Sent a truck to pick me up, sent another truck to get the part I needed from Youngstown, got me on the lift right away, fixed up and back on the road quickly...even washed a million bugs off my windshield. And they didn't gouge me on the price, actually discounted the parts and labor, and didn't charge for the tow. They turned an ugly stressful situation into easy street. I bought a fuel line quick disconect kit. for my 07 Dyna. The parts guy sold me a extra gasket, that came in the kit. I didn't know I didn't need it. When I returned the gasket, he got real defensive and first told me that my name wasn't in the computer, then he complained I didn't have a receipt, then he pointed to the sign on the wall about refunds are only good for a store credit..... He tells me I need this,,, and won't refund my money? Sounds like a scam to me. I'll never go back. read more
