Every time I arrive for my appointment, I know there will be some hassle, like a form they said they sent that I didn't get (I always check the portal before going to be sure because I HATE filling out forms on my tiny iPhone screen), or like today -- I traveled an hour round trip, to wait for an hour for my appointment, only to be told that I was never checked in because "they forgot." Great. Two hours out of my life wasted, and I just needed a refill for my prescription. The prescription works great! Do you want to know when it doesn't work? When I run out. So frustrating! Then try to flip it back on the patient. They didn't call me all week about my antipsychotic when I called multiple times and then blamed ME saying there was no hold on the med. I have the screen shot here. Turns out not only are you all are f*** lazy but you're also f*** liars!! And of course I'm p**** the f*** off! I haven't had my antipsychotic when I'm bipolar 1 with psychotic features FOR A WHOLE WEEK BECAUSE YOU ARE TOO LAZY TO DO YOUR JOBS. You absolutely ruined any progress I was making in my mental health, risked hospitalization, and risked my overall f** safety and wellbeing, f** lazy c****. I bet that's why you only qualify for front desk work you absolutely lazy, disappointing scums of earth. You all are the absolute form of embarrassment and vile for being so f**** unethical. I hope you all get fired for potentially putting a client in the hospital because you were too lazy to pick up a phone. On that note, they screened my call 5x when I tried to get a call back from dr. Punyala. Big fat to this office.
