She could not answer the most basic of questions, never asked me to sit down to discuss why I needed the account or what my regular balance would be, just kept me standing at the teller window with no room at all to even make notes on the paper, and was truly just a waste of my time. I slid the paper back through the little slot and said that I would expect to be treated better than that. I'm not high and mighty, but if this is the best this bank can do, then I'll find a better place to keep my money--somewhere where I am at least afforded basic courtesy and can speak to someone who actually takes an interest in what I need. I'm a really active person, so this was extra tough. My gym, where I swam laps regularly was also shut down as a result of social-distancing. Having owned my home since 2003, I had a good deal of equity and was a few years away from paying off my house. Watching the market, I saw rates getting lower and lower, so I started imagining, then researching what it would cost to have an in-ground pool installed. After a month of serious research, the rates dropped and were hovering at what I understand to be an all-time low, 2.5%.. That rate flipped the switch in my brain that said, "yea.. Junes check was finally paid in July and Julys check was received in 3 different payments with last payment in August. Payment from All properties has been a nightmare with nothing but excuse after excuse. Now into august , we received an email that rents would be paid out from new software company, property ware , between 8/17 to 8/19, Here we are 8/27 and still no rent. The owner Heather and Nicole the accountant refuse to communicate with me but are holding rent of approximately 20000.00. They have not produced statements since January. I have moved my properties and Nicole has yet to hand over rent rolls and statements.
