Not even close. Don't be fooled that there are no lender fees, and the points quoted for the rate I was interested in were more than double what showed in the online estimate. I guess it goes to show, if it looks too good to be true, it probably is. Too bad First Commonwealth puts their agents in the position of having to apologize for their marketing practices.

This place is terrible. Poor business practices and unprofessional. The tracked down an old work number and have called over 100 times in a matter of a few days. Despite being told that this person no longer works here and that it is a business line and their constant (over 45 calls in an 8 hour period) calls are disruptive, they still keep calling. They have been told to remove the number multiple times and yet the calls continue. My next review will be sent to the BBB.

When I went to buy my 1st house, I went thru 3 different lenders that I decided not to use because I couldn't understand what they was telling me about the loans.
