When we first switched to them, the indoor spray worked, but then I believe that the technicians got lazy because even though I was on maternity leave, I never saw them inside, and we started having pest problems. We called more than once about the issue inside and outside. and were told that we could pay for them to come back. Multiple times we expressed our frustration, but were never escalated to someone to help until we cancelled. We were supposed to hear back from the manager after we canceled future service about having them come back to our house to do a call back since we were still under the supposed three month warranty, and had just paid $200 for absolutely no results, and they never called back. Had birds in bathroom fan vent, along with bird mites in bathroom, and asked to have them removed and vent cap installed. Technician showed up and reeked of marijuana and said he was allergic to birds. Probably the wrong industry for him. He removed the nest and installed a vent cap, but did not solve the problem of bird mites that we discussed. I was told on the phone by owner Chris that they would use a brush tool to clean out vent tubing and spray solution in the vent to kill the mites. That didn't happen and the technician told me to just spray Lysol in the bathroom fan. Lysol kills bacteria, not bird mites. They asked for payment of originally $199 and then somehow it climbed to $273. I told them I'd be happy to pay if they came back out and actually solved the problem we originally discussed. No phone calls to come back out, only text messages and they never answered the phone when I called. I came home one day to find the same weed-reeking technician leaving my property after having gone in my back yard, through a gate, and climbing a ladder to rip the vent cap out of the soffit while my wife was home along. I arrived home as the technician was leaving and tried engaging him, telling him as I'd done numerous times before over their preferred method of texting that I'd be happy to pay him if they performed the services they described and solved the problem. He refused to talk. The police were called and we are now pursuing damage to property (for the mutilated soffit) and trespassing charges for entering a gated property without homeowner present and without consent. I would steer clear of this company at all costs and not recommend them to my worst enemy.

I have to say I was impressed that the owner, Rick called me and texted. When he did not hear back from me, he wrote me a letter expressing his disappointment in how everything was handled by his team and offered to complete the contract and the added work at no extra cost to me. It would all be completed for the original contract price. He was also there to supervise the entire project. Here is where he really impressed me. Before leaving we chatted a bit. We got on the subject of other house projects and I mentioned I was looking for a plumber and told him my issue. He asked to look at it and in 5-mins had resolved that issue and probably saved me several hundreds of dollars. I spoke to a woman there to let them know I was still without work and surprised by the unauthorized bill. She was less than understanding. Two months later I finally found work and before I could pay them they turned me over for collection despite my situation, my open communication with them and the unauthorized charge. I called to make the payment, which was deducted from my account, and two weeks later the collection agency is still sending me letters. I suppose it will depend on whether or not we need to involve a lawyer and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau to determine if we ever use them or not. I certainly hope their work in the field is handled better than their accounting practices. GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING!!!!!

I was very specific stating i wanted to use Rockwool insulation; when they called, I reiterated I wanted Rockwool batt and asked if their company works with this product. She said "yes." Later that day, a tech came out, I told him I only want to use Rockwool; he proceeded with inspecting, measuring and taking pictures of my attic and, I also asked him to give me an estimate on adding insulation to my crawlspace. An hour later, he says his estimate is done and tells me they DON'T use Rockwool!! This lousy SOB just wasted my time. I don't trust companies that lie every step of the way to their customers. What else might they lie about while they're performing some home improvement job?
