I have been donating my time and plasma to this location for over a year. Several of my friends and…read morefamily also have been donating for a while. As a regular you would expect to be treated well by the staff, inducing management. This is no longer the case. There are several people that are now working there that are just down right rude and cold human beings. There is one that works there named Ashley, she has a facial piercing that is just disgusting as well as unsanitary for the type of business this is. She also goes out of her way to be rude to people, while acting as if she is better than everyone. There is also a male member of management that has over the past year become very unpleasant to speak with or have any interactions with for that matter. (He did not ever give me his name.) There are several people that work there that are a joy to be around, and make the whole experience fun and make the time go faster. (Jaq, Toni, Katie D) They are a huge part of why I have kept going so long. However, with the way that Ashley is behaving along with how management is becoming. I will not be going back, nor will a few other people that i personally know. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone. If they decide to do some "house cleaning" or take care of the issues at hand, i might consider returning. But as of now i will be spending the time that I used to to spend there to inform people of what horrible service is being given.

They treat you like your a number not a person if they are willing to acknowledge you. The wait times are utterly ridiculous. a return appointment is quoted to be an hour and a half. That is a load of garbage. My wait time just to get my finger pricked was over an hour PAST my appointment time constantly.

They have a policy for patients about being late or unable to attend an appointment, but the doctors are constantly running late without apologies or explanations. What I'm hearing from their policies is, their time is important and valuable and our time is not important or valuable. I will have to finish this review with the full report of our doctors visit after and if we get seen at all today. Just to be clear, we were here to check-in 20 minutes early, now they are 10 minutes late with at least calling us back from the waiting room area. Please see Updated Review after our Doctor Visit. ***UPDATE*** Unbelievable, uncaring and unfortunate, MCCH you should be ashamed to have doctors not treating patients and calling that healthcare. No Compassion, none. I understand MCCH is recording doctor patient visits on iPhone as a backup for notes and updating patients records, we've been doing that too, for years. That's the same reason we go to appointments together, to help each other remember, we also still take some hand written notes. This doctor never touched the patient, not a stethoscope to listen to her breathing or checking the feet of a type 1 diabetic, no looking in ears or throat, feeling limp nodes for irregularities. Everyone knows diabetes is an autoimmune disease, so leaving us sitting in a full waiting room most likely wasn't medically prudent. Once again i'm unhappy with MCCH selection of a representative, a patient should never be treated like this, give us our dignity back. Looking at the signs in your lobby, you already know there is a problem. Now, look inward and solve it. Most of your nurses and office staff are fantastic, I feel sorry for them taking the abuse because of the negligence of the doctors and, let's be honest it neglecting your duties as a medical professional establishment.

I'm from out of town and recently had an accident requiring hospitalization and surgery. I could…read morenot have been more fortunate than to be in Murray. The emergency room staff was kind and considerate of all my needs. My admitting physician Dr. Kelly and my surgeon Dr. Blalock were excellent. The nursing staff on the 4th floor south tower were all very kind and caring. I don't remember all their names but Meaghan, Emma, Robin, Lexi, and Jayden were outstanding. Many thanks for all the care and compassion.
