Got a rock chip in my brand new windshield. Called Freedom Rock Chip. Josh just happened to be finishing a job not far from my house. He said my insurance would probably pay for it. He was right! He not only called my insurance company and took care of all that, he fixed the crack in about 10 minutes. Right in my own garage!! His estimate, when I thought I was going to have to pay for it myself, was WAY better than the other company I called. Great job, done fast. Nice guy! If I could give less than 1 star I would. The girl that came out do fix my rock chip did a TERRIBLE. She was there less than 7 minutes and charged me $70 for her crappy work. She did not fix the chip at all....it is still plainly visible....it doesn't look any different. When I called to complain, her response was "it must be the angle of the light". WHAT?
