URGENT CARE ? There's ZERO urgency in this place. The receptionist was more worried about going on her lunch and small talking; than getting me checked in. I walked in here for a scheduled appt that required a urine sample. I let her know when I finished my paperwork that I had to go. There I sat for another 15 min.... "Im trying to get someone" as 5 more employees parade around the office doing absolutely nothing more than what looked to be walking back and forth. Mind you, the place isn't crowded at all!! Once I got my vitals taken, I sat in a room for about 30 min, at which point I decided to write this review... I open the room door and just listen. Then amount of small talk and gossip in this office is unbelievable! A scheduled appointment ended up taking me just under 2 hrs. This place has just gotten worse since Covid. At first I understood the apoints bookings due to covid but today I went, they are back to walk-ins but they still would take my child due to 2 patients being there before me unless I waited o er 2 hrs So Again 2 others and ya are taking an hr per patient?!?! I wasn't even allowed to check in. Left there and went to the one on Heights and also booked up tho they say they do walk ins?! So confused. I don't get all the negative reviews. This was my first visit there. You preregister and schedule your time to arrive by telephone or on their website. The process was smooth and easy. Upon arrival, the technicians greeted us and were really friendly and professional. In fact, the entire staff was friendly, courteous, professional, and thorough. The nurse who took my information, did my vitals, etc., was friendly, thorough and professional too. After vitals, and COVID test, the PA saw me quickly, went over my symptoms, and ordered an X-Ray. The X-Ray was performed immediately and the technician was professional and helpful. The PA returned immediately after the X-Ray and discussed my diagnosis/prognosis and gave me 4 prescriptions to get filled when I left. He was outstanding too. I was in and out in about 1 hour. They are my heroes. Awesome job! Definitely will go back there for treatment and I definitely recommend them. read more

On August 23rd, they turned me away. Didn't ask what I needed just said they were to busy. They made me make an appointment for the following day in the evening. No sense of urgency for an urgent care. I showed up 20 minutes early knowing things happen & I wanted to make sure I was prompt and available. They kept me waiting for almost 2 hours after my appointment time despite an empty waiting room. Said I am "'next for urgent care" for 40 minutes. Watched easily a dozen people walk out and not a single person walk in for a long period of time. They went easily 40 minutes without bringing anyone in. Went for a pre-employment drug screen/physical. Checked in at 2:36 pm and had a 3:02 appointment, I did expect to wait a little while as they are first come first serve. Walked into the clinic at 3:22 pm and it was not complete until 6:42 pm. Not sure why this took over three hours. They are not organized and don't really care for their clients. The only bright spot of this entire mess was Robyn, she is friendly and personable. Other than that, I would not have chosen this clinic, but it was not an option. I went to the counter to ask for my insurance card and I.D. so I could go elsewhere and was only then informed there was only 1 provider there. Always fast and friendly service which is a plus when you or your child are sick. They are my go to clinic when it's urgent but not an emergency. The medical staff take that extra few minutes to explain their diagnosis and give tips on feeling better. Won't prescribe meds you don't need. Highly recommend them. read more

It was a bit of a wait. Like 2 hrs. But the dr that helped us, Josh, was very thorough, friendly, professional, and helpful.

Allow me to start off by saying that this is my favorite clinic and I've been going here for years. When I first arrived and the Hispanic lady up front was very professional and made me a 1500 appointment. When arriving as I checked in two different women were upfront.I inform the lady up front, either C or M, which ever one had the small ponytail with the high center that needed to be comb that was sitting next to short/ bald headed darker complexion Female that I had two insurances. I advised her that Blue Cross is primary and my Tricare prime would be secondary; even joking saying it's weird because I had Tricare longer and I know to much about insurance that I needed to work in Insurance. From jump her demeanor and energy was bad *the whole front needed to be Saged* she took my blue cross card and military Id and advised me to have a seat. No customer service what so ever and mind you she is the face of the clinic; the first person patient see when coming in for care so you would think she would have a better attitude! After sitting for about 12 minutes she calls me up and informs me I have a co-pay, I immediately said no I don't! She jumps up with out saying anything and goes to look for this other lady with braids/lighter complexion again C or M! So, when she comes up I inform her that I advised this receptionists that I had two insurances and something wasn't process correctly, she felt the need to advised me that she was new and she did say sorry; never did cone-head apologize but had a lot to say to her co-worker. I advise the female with the braids that better customer service was needed. Another patient came in with an 1530 appointment was seen before me, so I immediately went to the counter and was advised that I was still waiting on insurance, how? And than was told she was there for a different clinic*worker comp* at this point I requested for both of their names and the female with braids wrote both of their names on a wonderful bright pink paper *we're currently in a full moon phase so that was so perfect* Anyways when I finally did get to the back to be seen, everyone was really wonderful and great as always and PA Victor activity listen and was very professional and his team nurses. Overall, you don't know what people are going through and how they are feeling at that time. When you work and such profession you should be courteous and not give off negativity. Sorry to say but this experience was horrible based off the front faces of this clinic which lead to this review. read more

Went to be seen for a possible ingrown toe nail, no insurance in between my 90 day eligibility for benefits so paid cash $100.00 for a 2 hour wait a ten minute examination to tell me he could not help me because he did t have a file and a bottle of standard iodine that I can pick up at Walmart for .99 cents. This place is a joke to say the least when we booked the appointment and it said ingrown toe nail they could have told us that that was something they were not equipped to handle but no they just take your money. They charge Medicare recipients a $40 Office Evaluation Fee for the "free" Covid tests! Unfair billing practice - charging those least able to afford it. The front desk clerk sucked, because she failed to pay attention to detail to my date of birth, and I ended up driving all the way back there to let her know she screwed up my date of birth on my prescriptions! The so-called doctor who was part of the Seton family next door at the hospital, claimed that I had a plantar wart on my foot. I felt as if something was stuck deep in my foot and not a wart. A couple of days later, I went to the ER because the pain worsened from the wart remover meds, and I found out it was NOT a damn wart!
