I when to get service in this dealer parts of my car were broken and stolen from one of their employees first it was my tires stem caps I when there because my tires were low on air they did the service and they never put the stem back on tires I let that pass I told my self is not worth complaining about that and I got new ones .them first time I touch my car my self to change the cabin filter and guess what it was broken they said it wasn't them but my car only gets repairs done by them and they have the audacity to put it back broken and not replaced it I don't know exactly for how long is been like that but I got the car brand new from them and I always take Care of my vehicle you would think that because you bringing your car to the same dealer to do the service repairs they would take care of your vehicle ,but not they destroy it little by little so you can keep spending money after all is the principal that counts if they broke something replace it ,don't put it it back like nothing happened.they should be ashamed. At this point I spoke to someone in the phone but because it is a recording line they didn't want to speak about it in the phone. I got there and they said they didn't broke it. who was it because my car wasn't touch by anyone else , they told me if I buy the part they do the service for free I don't even want them to touch my car again or check anything or open anything I spoke to the service manager and he was really nasty I explain that my car never got touch by anybody because I only come here for service but they didn't listen after all you live and learn .

Scam artists. I came in to buy my very first used car from a dealership and was very excited, that I found a used Nissan Sentra 2017 advertise at 11,495. I thought It was to good to be true, but low and behold when I went to the dealership my sales person Manjit Marker told me that in fact it was still available and at that price. I told him my budget was $12,000 cash and I wasn't willing to go above it. He then led me for test drives. Then I get the bill he writes up while were in his cubicle. Now apparently the car costs $11,995, because I wanted to pay cash. I got a TLP charge of $ 499.98, A dealer prep charge of 1,895, a CERT charge 1,295. So my total purchase came out to $ 15,684.98. Then after my total in his itemized copy The bill keeps going..... a Doc fee $ 699.98, a Tax fee $ 1,085.50. a NON TAX FEES $ 300.00 THE TOTAL CAME OUT TO $. 17,770.47 !!!!?!!!!?. The manager Joeh Moore verbatim said "what did you expect, everybody pays those fees." Well Joeh I expected the manager to never speak to a customer like that under any circumstance, I expected to be treated with honesty, I expected to be treated with respect, I expected you nor your sales associate to waste half my day knowing I couldn't afford $ 5,000 extra dollars added to the car I wanted, knowing I was paying cash.....which I made it very clear in the beginning what my budget was. VERY BAD SERVICE WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THIS DEALERSHIP, THEY LIE AND THERE MISSION IS TO GET OVER ON YOU. Never been so disgusted with customer service in my life. I would give negative stars if I could, I've called two other dealerships that at most added 1,000 $ for tax purposes and documentation only. I'm so disappointed in them. JUST PLEASE TAKE A LOOK AT THE ITEMIZED BILL AND WHAT WAS ADVERTISED ONINE. ....... YOU'LL NEVER GO THERE EVER. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF time, money and aggravation. The dealership I wound up buying my car from today, because Nissan obviously didn't get my business, even made a copy of the bill drawn up when I showed him!!!!! He was shocked and didn't even know what some of the chargers were.! just what a foul job Nissan shame on you.!!

My experience with Freehold Nissan went well, it wasn't the smoothest but everything worked out in the end. I called ahead to set up an appointment to see a specific car. I did a trade-in for a Certified Pre-Owned 2017 Nissan Maxima. My dealer, Brad took down the information on the car I was trading in and asked a few questions about what I'm paying, what I plan on paying, and my interest rate. My uncle, who has experience in the car dealer business, and I waited some time before Brad returned and he sent us to Monik, the financial advisor with no negotiation. It was a little odd that we didn't negotiate with the dealer, but we did our negotiating with Monik and his higher-up. Monik offered excellent service. He didn't rush us into anything, he listened to my Uncle who did most of the talking, and he was able to close the deal giving me great value for my trade-in and even cutting the listing price of my new car. *BEWARE they do charge quite a few fees on top of the fees that are necessary when financing a car, but even with my Uncle who knows the game, we weren't able to work our way out of those fees which is why they cut the price of the car. Further, Monik went above and beyond with handling a separate situation regarding a refund on a payment I made on the vehicle I traded in after purchasing the new car because I was notified the payoff wouldn't be sent in time before my next payment was due. There was a lot of back and forth, the process extended longer than expected and he probably got annoyed with how many voicemails I left lol but when everything was gathered, Monik was able to take care of what I asked of him respectfully. I recommend this dealership, but I would just give a heads up to know how to negotiate and know the numbers that come with the purchase of a car. Good luck!

As far as salespeople... Very pushy! I had to take a shower after I left. This is why we buy on line.

This store was well on its way to failure. Fortunately it appears they turned it around…read more I need a place to buy car parts. It's just a fact of my life. Amazon and Walmart are great, don't get me wrong, but if you have an issue with a part you need a place to go to address your issue. Advance Auto fits that niche perfectly. The store itself isn't spectacular. None of the local parts places are that great. They don't have enough people working the counter so expect to wait to be helped. Their weekly specials aren't all that special. But if you put a little effort into it, you can save a lot of money at Advance. Go to their website and sign up for their "perk point" program. You get a $5 coupon for every $25 you spend. If you spend more than $25 they'll deliver your parts to your house for free or you can pick up the part at the store if they have it in stock in 30 minutes. Want more? Ok. When you order online you get a substantial discount, usually 20 percent. Still more? You can stack your discounts. Get your 20 percent and use a "perk Point" coupon as well. Plan out your repair ahead of time, order online, pick up in store, and save a bunch of cash.

Very not cool. I called about 20 minutes ago and after it rang a bunch of times, the guy told me to…read morehold, then I had to hear their same message about same-day pick up, same-day shipping yada yada yada, safety procedures yada yada yada and then it sounds like the guy clicked on the phone like he was switching lines to pick up, but he just was putting me back to the hold message, so I stupidly waited another 10 minutes. At 8:54 PM I realized this guy is not picking up to actually speak to me as he's just biding his time until the store closes at 9 PM!! Again, I called about 20 minutes ago, so it wasn't like you were just closing, and I just needed to know if you could order an item because you have it in every color but the one I need. Thankfully, Lowes has it and you just lost yourself a sale and potentially good a new customer!! Hope it was worth it to put me on hold for 20 something minutes when you knew you had no intention on picking up my call! To the headquarters, you can have all the marketing nonsense you want, but without actual customer service, you have nothing.
