I call and their rude manager makes me feel like I am the idiot because I didn't know those were only "appointment requests" and not actual appointments. He refuses to help in any way or show any concern about my situation that has been caused by his company. I needed tires installed immediately as my car is undriveable - that's why I booked with them - they had availability! Who has an online booking system for appointments that are actually only "requests"? And even if that is the case, who treats their customers like this when something like this happens? Suffice to say, Pete "the manager" did nothing to make the situation better and his smug attitude and refusal to do anything to help only served to increase my frustration and anger at the situation. This company screwed me over so bad, now my tires are being shipped to a business that I don't want to do business with. The entire situation is a nightmare now and on top of it I still don't have any idea when I will be able to get my new tires installed. Firestone Complete Auto Care caused this nightmare and refused to do anything to help fix it - run away from this place as fast as you can.

Employees confirm they up charge and charge for things not needed in order to make their management bonus. (See employee reviews on Indeed). 2 days prior to bringing in for service, they diagnosed it and said it needed brakes, rotors, calipers, shocks and one other part. A portion of the parts & labor were covered by my warranty. This gave the manager, Nick, 2 days to submit it to the warranty company for payment. He knew the parts/ labor costs and could have sent that over to the warranty company prior to me arriving. Two days later, Friday, 8am I was the first car in. All parts had arrived. Nick said it would take about 2-3 hours. Noon comes, I call and my car is still not done. 5:15p I go back and my car is still not done. Nick then gets on the phone to the warranty company. He said he tried calling them 5 times and couldn't get through. This all could have been done prior if they had not stopped to work on the other 12 vehicles throughout the day, it would have been finished in time to give him plenty of time to call them. He got disconnected from the warranty rep. and couldn't reach him again because the warranty company closed for the day. Keep in mind this is a 3 day weekend with Memorial Day. Since Nick couldn't get payment from the warranty co. he said he couldn't release my car until he had payment. I paid then had to reimbursed.
