I need to switch providers. They forget to send documents to insurance companies, and you can't get ahold of them to fix the problem. Long wait when you are in office, and Dr. Steiner isn't particularly attentive or considerate of your time. Go elsewhere. They won't give you test results, even negative ones, without an appointment you have to wait a long time for.

From the moment you walk in to the office you are greeted by the office staff who are probably the nicest women I have encountered at a doctors office Then Dr Stein comes in with his great bedside manner and sense of humor. When the nail returned I took him to Dr. Stein. He quickly gained our trust and patiently wiggled the toenail out with NO pain and no surgery. It came back several times and he removed it easily every time. Eventually it stopped coming back. I now use him for my own issues and he is always gentle, warm, and kind. His staff goes the extra mile as well. I have never been moved to write a review before, but Dr. Stein and staff deserve it!
