Technician installed battery at 11:30am. At 3pm, the watch stopped. I called and was told by the owner, Kevin, to bring it back in so that they could test it. Upon arrival this morning, Sylvia informed me that it was a brand new battery, so that I would have to take it up with Swatch. When I insisted that it be checked, the technician offered his apology and said it must have been an older one; it was out of juice. No apology from Sylvia. Owner, Kevin, called later to apologize, but insisted that if this battery also failed, I would have to take it up with Swatch. It's a 2-year old watch, so I don't think that that is the problem.
