I found Freeman Junk Removal on Yelp when I was looking for a company to remove my 30-yr old, 455 lb above ground hot tub. I'd been given estimates by other larger companies but Freeman's price was lower. Since his was a local small business I wanted to support during the pandemic I went with him. They were able to come about a week after my initial call. I had already drained the hot tub and disconnected it before they arrived. They arrived on time, cut the hot tub into pieces, put it in their truck, and swept my deck of remaining debris. It only took them about an hour. Having used them for moving and packing I received a bill for more than twice the quote. I highly recommend Freeman Junk Removal services. Freeman and another worker were on-time, courteous and very efficient. I had a large mirror that was stuck to the basement floor - not sure what spilled to cause this problem. Other companies refused to remove the item but Freeman took on the challenge. He got a crowbar and in short order was able to remove the mirror. Not only is he very professional, his rates are quite reasonable. He was able to accurately price the job based on 3 photos I texted to him. The job was scheduled and he and his crew were on time. Freeman was great from beginning to end. I was quoted a reasonable price for a hot tub removal. They called me to let me know they were on their way.
