It's like driving a new car. They recommended a decent stereo system based on my needs, which was a Kenwood brand; touch screen that has bluetooth and Carplay for my iPhone. They gave me a free estimate, and very reasonable labor pricing. I dropped it off the same day, and the car was ready the next day around the same time. Great service! Called regarding my daughter's car which they tinted 4 years ago as the rear window started bubbling. A gentleman answered the phone and was gracious and helped me schedule an appointment to bring it in. Drop off was quick, easy and upon pick up the same gentleman was very apologetic about the tint bubbling. He noted that this had never happened to them in the past. He also assured me that part of the Freeman's guarantee is that they would replace the tint at no cost for as long as we owned the car if we have any other issues/bubbling. Took my BMW here. Paid $620 for their top of the line Llumar IRX tint. The film is great quality but the tint guy Christian just ain't good. I have bubbles and contaminants in 5 out of 7 windows. And the passenger front window they cut it to short and there was a huge gap at the BOTTOM out of all places and the guy tried to cover it up with a sharpie. What a joke! Got em to redo it on the spot and while they fixed the gap there is now 2 big pieces of dirt in the redo and the guy ran away quick following the retint of that window. Makes sense LOL! If you're looking for a place that's gonna do it right and have passion and give your baby good looking tint, this ain't the place. If you want bubbles, dirt, then go here. read more

Brought my Toyota to have a new receiver installed and asked to have new speakers installed in the back because I could hear they were bad. Anyway the factory radio was a JBL stereo which had a factory amplifier. My first concern was if the factory amp could still be used in the new set up? Yes. I requested a receiver which had a CD player, which had inputs for my phone. Most important was a receiver which was intuitive.....not soo complicated that I could easily figure out the functions. Check they got it right. When I went to pickup my car, the salesman said your speakers were in good working order, but your sub woofer was bad. I changed out the bad subwoofer instead of the speakers for the same price. When I played with the stereo, I could tell they listened to me completely and they gave me exactly what I needed. My stereo sounds unbelievable and I'm really glad I went to Freeman's to have them install my stereo. I was told it would take 3-4 hours I setup my schedule accordingly and I was there for 6 hours. Additionally I was told $300-$350 and was charged $400. My issue is the inconsistency in communication. If you give a quote you should honor that quote, if you give a time frame you should communicate with the customer. I was not told of the delay until hour 5 passed and went to ask is everything okay. I did not like that the assistant manager treated me as if I made up the information that the manager provided. He was not bothered nor cared. read more

First, I'm not one to right bad reviews. That being said, I recently went in to this location for them to check my stereo system out in my car because I was getting no sounds to my amps. After taking a look for $35 and running minimal tests, the guy tells me my amp is bad (output not working). I go home irritated, decide to try reterminating all the connections before buying a new amp, and everything works fine.... Very disappointed in their service! read more

They screwed me $500 down the drain. Had brand new amps and subwoofers. Went in to get the amps tuned and immediately after leaving I smelled my subwoofers burning. The coils over heated immediately after leaving and my subwoofers are trashed. And they don't care, won't do anything to fix the problem. read more

Brought in my car to have a stereo and set of speakers installed. During the install they made a mistake but rectified it immediately with great communication. Install looks and sounds fantastic. If I have one complaint, it's that the technicians were either smoking in my car or the install bay, my car smelled like cigarettes when I picked it up.
