Two upholstered chairs and one sofa were badly soiled with oily substances the move. Very difficult to remove. They came back twice, at my request, to follow up on the initial cleaning because I hoped additional retouching would improve the damage that was done. They succeeded, did not charge extra, were friendly, on time and very accommodating! Highly recommend.

I didn't think it was that bad because it's been 4-5 years since cement was jackhammered in the basement. I didn't think it would be an issue. I felt that one girl seemed to work quickly and the other one more slowly. I know there was a lot to be done but it was disappointing to learn that I still have several more rooms to finish myself, considering that our house isn't huge. We're on a time crunch because our home is being put on the market for selling in 3 days. They said they would need possibly 8 more hours of work to do next week. That is too late for us-if we have showings for our home. Very disappointing And tough for me as I have some physical problems and it will be difficult for me to finish all that still needs to be done.
