But when we got there, I didnt know where to park or where we were going. So, I called saying I think I was there, but didnt know where to go. That was at 5:08pm. I got upstairs, and the receptionist told me we were too late for the appointment. It was 5:10 when we got up there and canceled the appointment. I explained I was JUST on the phone with someone who directed me where to go. He didn't tell me the appointment was canceled. The receptionist had a smug look on her face with TERRIBLE customer service. For a business that has a HOLY BIBLE on their front desk, they certainly dont know how to treat people. DON'T GO HERE!!!!!

I signed up for care through https://dentallifeline.org/, which offers Donated Dental Services for needy individuals. Donated Dental has a long waiting list, and you only receive services once. It took me several years to get to the top of the list, and Dr. Ryan volunteered his services for me. I ended up having to have two extractions, and a deep cleaning/root planing. Dr. Ryan gave me such a thorough, detailed examination, and then went over the best options for my care. I felt so at peace and at ease with him and his staff, and they were all willing to give me the time I needed to get all the information I needed. Tanya, and Dr. Ryan's office staff, gave me valuable information on how to find an affordable dental plan that I could sign up for, so that I can continue receiving care through Moore Dentistry.
