I'd stomach the increases if the service matched, but it doesn't come close. The manager is a ghost. Phone calls go unanswered no matter how many times you call. Voicemails go unreturned. Email is the only channel that produces a response, and even that takes a full day--usually just an apology with no follow-through. Most recently, I needed the gate and building access codes. I verified my identity. I followed up repeatedly. Four emails, a voicemail and two full weeks later, I still don't have the codes to access my own belongings. Let that sink in: a paying customer, verified and in good standing, locked out of their own unit for weeks with no resolution. The facility is also closed on Mondays, which limits access further. Between the closures and the inability to get basic information from management, my plans have been disrupted multiple times. I don't leave reviews like this lightly. I gave them every reasonable opportunity to make it right. But when a storage company takes your money every month, raises the price regularly, and then can't be bothered to give you access to your own property, that's not a service--it's a liability and management seemingly indifferent to the problem. I stayed loyal through multiple rate hikes because moving a storage unit is a hassle. But loyalty is a two-way street, and this company treats it as a one-way ATM. Save yourself the frustration and rent somewhere that answers the phone. I'll be moving my belongings out and I'd encourage anyone considering this facility (Freeport) to look elsewhere.

No customer service skills, lies, even when presented with evidence, calls names, try to belittle you and will attempt to act like he knows what he's doing. There was multiple times I wanted to ask "Mike, are you okay?" after his blowups. Ultimately, no one willing to take responsibly for poor installation. Jay Coker was much more helpful and apologetic for not only Mikes behavior, but also for how poorly our shed was installed. There's a reason no reviews are posted on their Facebook and website. I give 2 stars because the actual shed is not horrible.

We can see through to the outside at each corner and the glass is loose in each frame. We reached out to dealer who forwarded to corporate. We didn't hear anything, so I emailed corporate myself twice and still haven't heard back. I would like someone to come fix them or provide us with supplies and info to do it ourselves, or come up with another idea. Ignoring us solves nothing. We hope to hear ftom ghem do that we can update this review in a positive manner.
