That changed a week ago when we opened a wall to track down a leak in the basement and found a former bathroom that had a 5 foot tall pile of construction debris that filled the room. When we shifted the debris out of the building, we uncovered a drain. In the time it took to get a plumber in to plug the drain, we had a few rats enter the building. Exterminators made quick work of them. But they left their mark in the exposed room. Bill was great in getting Amanda out immediately to the site for an estimate. Amanda was very pleasant to work with and did a fantastic job getting that dingy room in the walls clean and sanitized.
