This past weekend was the final weekend for this Freestyle location, and I'm very sad about that. This was my favorite location to donate and to shop. The store is very bright and open, making it easy to maneuver around the racks. The staff was always super friendly and helpful. I went last week when everything was 75% off as well as the weekend for their $1 final sale and found some real gems. Since this store is closing, I will probably visit their midtown location more often. I wish they didn't have to close! read more

This is my favorite place to shop and sell. My work place is near by this store so i started visiting here , and now I go shop this store almost everyday. There's few things i want to reviews on this store. 1. Customer service & coworkers They always have at least 3 people on the floor So i feel i can always get help from them and also Coworkers are really kind ( especially V! My favorite worker) always smile and say hi and bye . Manager was really cool too. Smooth transaction and he's really kind and helpful . 2. Buying Absolutely no question about buying. I found lots lots deals from here . Dunk lows, nike fleece, airforce 1 , even offwhites and jordan! And also really good price too. The thing is sometimes theres fake or replica on the store but! I think thats why they could price really good . I rather get the deals like that . 3. Selling I love to sell my stuffs here but kinda ran out my Clothes. Haha i dont want to compare w crossroads But definitely freestyle takes more items. And if you sell on crossroads they re always rushing Cuz they do same day buying so they just skip everything but freestyle takes 24hrs drop off So they look close look my clothing. And im also so so so happy that i can get the store credit . I love this store so much and definitely recommend. But if you guys stopped by leave jordans or nike size 9 or 8.5 for me haha. Huge store and a really large dress section for women. And of course jeans and tops as well. They also carry men's clothing. Clean, spacious, well organized. I spent a long time in this store browsing and enjoying to see what they had. A good selection of vintage clothing too which is always great to me. I managed to get a lot of nice items for 50% off as well. So about $6-7. I felt I got really lucky this go around with how much I got. Brands like Maeve, Madewell. It's definitely worth the hunt and I'll always come back to this location because I usually always walk away with something. read more

If you've ever been to a freestyle clothingq exchange the concept is if you haven't used it in 6 months donate it or sell it for store credit or pick up some other fabulous item that you can wear later on. You can bring vintage clothing updated in style clothing, So forth. They will not necessarily purchase all of your items. They have to be selective so Don't look for full value of your item or shoes. It's so confusing what clothes they take and it's not clear when you can bring them in and how !

Return policy is absurd, clothing is overpriced. Woman in the front was rude to me about bringing in a cart. I had come from Trader Joe's in the same parking lot as this store and she said no carts. I told her I was looking for someone and asked if I can leave my cart in the front. She said I could bring my food inside but had to take my cart outside. What sense does that make? I can't carry all the food in my hands. I just needed to get my car keys. Thumbs down for the customer service today. Everyone else has been pleasant on my other visits but it's still overpriced and has a bad return policy. Overall I left this store feeling upset so I won't return. read more

I like the concept of these stores. I'm all about reusing clothes and reducing waste. I have come here multiple times as a buyer and once as a seller. The store is pretty organized by size and type of clothing which makes it easier to find stuff. I was selling a bag of clothes the other day and was told it can't be in a plastic bag. So I went to the car and put everything into a paper bag and got the green light to proceed. I was told it will be ready for pick up in 24 hours. I asked what if I could not return that fast, they said to just give them a call and let them know. I let them know and I came to pick up my clothes and money 2 days from drop off. I was then informed my clothes were possibly donated since I did not pick them up in time. The lady then went to the back and said I was in luck, they were not donated yet. Scam? She said I signed a waiver that stated that policy and I vaguely remember a page worth of signatures I had to make which I found peculiarly long for dropping off some clothes. Life lesson, read the waiver even if it's just a clothing exchange place. read more

I really do like the concept of trading your old clothes in but lately it really just doesn't seem worth the gas to get there. Been going here for years but the last few times have been underwhelming. I got $20 for 5 items that cost well over $300 and they were in excellent condition. It seems like donating to thrift store is a better option. read more

I went in today to grab jeans for my girls since it's so late in the season I want a good deal. Deal? Not happening here. Target T-shirts going for more than Target!! That's not even my main concern. I see signs everywhere saying 20% off jeans, sweaters and boots. I figured I'd grab a few things for the deal. I get to the checker and say "all this is 20% off right?" She doesn't know, she asks Angel (employee) and she said only tags with a star. I look around at all the signs and there's nothing about a star. So I call Angel over and tell her none of the signs say that. She looks around and then finds one at the cash register "here's one". Seriously? When I'm done shopping is when I find out it's only starred tags? I have a feeling they did that on purpose because not many people will speak up and question it, they'll just buy it anyways. Not mE! I went in a couple days ago for my first time. Everything seemed very organized and orderly. It seemed relatively easy to find clothing by type. I wasn't able to find anything this time but the selection appeared high quality. I wasn't a fan of the music playing though. It seemed somewhat inappropriate. Many of the styles in this store fits ages 16-28 in my personal opinion. I'm sure there's a variety for any age group though. read more

Most of the prices are ridiculous. A Walmart brand jacket for $15, original tag said it was on clearance at Walmart for $9. A t shirt from a 2014 Garth brooks concert in the vintage section (5 years? Vintage?) Shoes that were clearly very worn and in bad shape marked $16, but had a ross price sticker inside the shoe for $20. It's obvious whoever prices items doesn't know what they're worth, and accepts too many cheap items that won't turn a profit. Sizing is not well organized, with size 18 items being on the size Large rack, and size 12 and 14 items on the plus size rack. I would like to be able to shop thrift, but it's hard when very used items are priced so close to new retail. read more

3 stars because they have good selection and I like the organization of the items. As a buyer, however, ridiculous experience. I brought in an overflowing, carefully folded IKEA bag of brand name clothing in perfect condition (some items still with tags). They took just 3 items of likely 20 and gave everything back to me crushed into a ball, wrinkled. Had to cart it all home again. Had a full bag of washed clothing..walked in the store and was asked if I was if I was dropping off. I said yes, then with a rude voice said oh we don't take clothes like that. I bought 2 bags, put the clothes in, another lady with an attitude. Then she said come back tomorrow, if you don't the clothes are forfeited. So the next day I go back, this time a young man..give him the tickets, gives me back the 2 bags so no sorry we are full, don't need. I looked at the ticket it didn't say that, it said condition of clothes and style. When I questioned him that, he knew he just lied to my face and said we are full. Buying clothes there is great but selling is a complete waste of time! You ask what they are currently excepting and you bring in clothes that are hardly worn, in season and cute and then they don't want it. Brought in sweaters, booties, men's thermals and plaid long sleeves ( all name brands and really nice ) and they didn't want it, I think they took maybe two items. I had my eye on some boots at their store, they let me know someone already had the boots on hold but it was a 24 hour hold only and they took down my name and number incase they were still there when the hold was up. They called me yesterday when the previous hold expired and I went in to the store, tried them on, and put them on hold under my name. Called in today to confirm I will be there this evening before they close to pick up the boots. Not an hour later I got a call that they sold the boots even though they had been on hold for me, because someone threw a fit over not being able to buy them since they were on hold. Really disappointed in the staff, they had been so friendly and eager to help me get the boots and right before I come to pick them up, they sold them despite having them on hold for me. read more

Very bad experience. Went inside to pick up my clothes and there wasn't anybody even at the register. All the workers were in a corner of the store just chit chatting and not even paying attention to the store. I waited for 5 minutes till someone finally decided to come to the register and help me. The workers were pretty rude and for the amount of money they pay it isn't even worth it. I brought in my $160 brand name shoes 9/10 condition hardly worn and they only gave me $5 for them . This place is just ass. They can take granny clothing and other stuff that is so ugly and out of style but not take brand new items with tags still on them and are in style?! This place is clean and fairly quiet. It has a great selection of sweaters, dresses, jackets, tops, and jeans. Dress prices are great. Sweater prices are okay. Tops are kinda pricey considering it's all secondhand. The purse selection is very cheap-y. If you're looking for nice purses, you'd be better off at Crossroads. Selling clothes is hit and miss. I was able to sell some things for decent store credit, but other things I was surprised at how little they offered or they passed over all together. All-in-all, I'm glad the store is here.
