My storage has Now been broken into and wiped 90% of my stuff.. along with multiple others and my stuff that was not taken is in the hallway with all the items from the other units that were broken into. I have been in the phone with them at least 10 times since the initial break in and nobody said anything to me. They know who did it. He has a unit there and they will not unlock his to see if he has any of our stuff in his unit. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT ANYONE WHO PAYS THEM OR ANYTHING THAT THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO BE PROTECTING! The manager said she would match the amount and requested I let the manager use it as a teaching moment for the brand new employee she was training. Well, the new employee forgot to match the online rate and the manager refused to fix the problem. Not to mention, it took three weeks for a response. We are moving out our two units, as we can't be guaranteed protection of our belongings or trust the integrity of staff.
