My storage has Now been broken into and wiped 90% of my stuff.. along with multiple others and my stuff that was not taken is in the hallway with all the items from the other units that were broken into. The break ins started on Christmas Day 2019 and no one has contacted me to tell me what has happened. It is now March 6 2020. I have been in the phone with them at least 10 times since the initial break in and nobody said anything to me. They know who did it. He has a unit there and they will not unlock his to see if he has any of our stuff in his unit. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT ANYONE WHO PAYS THEM OR ANYTHING THAT THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO BE PROTECTING! I paid my bill yesterday (yes it was late), still received a phone call from their office 24+ hours later. The office at my location is rarely staffed eventhough their office hours are posted online & on their door. The constant rate increase is at a point I plan to leave.
