She helped me with another unit which I am very satisfied with and hopefully to be able to downsize one to have this bigger unit she was so pleasant to talk to let alone to experience the new ownership and if you need to have something stored this is the storage facility you need to go to it is only been open for about a month under the new ownership and I can see the Great customer service and needs they have for a customer like me in my book they get five stars let alone what I put on here . All my answers were either answered and person or over the telephone . They have excellent security as well so if you want some place to store your belongings go to Extra Space Storage and tell them Barbara Ann sent you . She was on the phone when we arrived and did not even turn to acknowledge the door open. When she got off the phone, she seemed as though we had ruined her day. I asked if we could rent a truck, and she said she didnt know ifnshebhad any available. I advised that the uhaul website stated there was some available, she proceeded to inform me that they would not know. She was hateful towards my husband who had to take a short work call ( less than a minute) while in the process of signing paperwork, and was very rude. I will definitely be advising Uhaul of this experience as well.
