SO INAPPROPRIATE...  He came back and said his manager told him to write it up and that we have a deal and to come back Friday to have my husband my cosigner sign and to put down a deposit.. try to call thursday afternoon to set that up and was told he was busy but would call me back--- which he never did.. call friday morning and the sales manager had NO IDEA that this was the plan or any of what i said so it was not relayed.. told him my frustrations and said he would not run my credit and put a deal together without having money in house so I was forced to give a deposit.. Didnt hear from them for the rest of the day, called again the next day.. couldnt get a hold of any sales manager for hours and the receptionist who could not care less said i emailed them your name and number they will call you when they call you.. Again--- nothing.. called again Monday morning and got the run around from that same receptionist until I finally got a hold of a manager. Not a great experience at all from start to finish... pulling teeth to get a hold of anyone and unprofessional.. do not buy from here.

I got there at 4:50 pm which I admit was cutting it close. There was no line and all the bays were empty with no other customers there. A man came out to ask why I was there. When I said I was there but the inspection I called about, he told me I couldn't get one. I asked why. He told me that there were no other customers there and they just didn't feel like doing it. I asked to speak to the person in charge. The man disappeared into the building for a few minutes. The same man reappeared a few minutes later and told me it's now after 5pm and it's too late to do inspections. I was furious. I was there before the time and the only reason they told me was that they didn't "feel" like working is insane. They were still open for another hour and they were turning people away because they didn't "feel" like doing anything. Not a good way to run a business.

Apparently it takes 1 1/2 hors for approval before they even start the job! Why wasn't the contract investigated before she arrived? Why wasn't she told ahead of time? Apparently you can buy all the insurance you want but you'll pay with poor service!!!

My initial thoughts were good. The owners purchased this auto shop from…read moremy parents years ago. at first the service was fine. When Leah, the owner was watching over the shop. But last April, 2023 I needed brakes. It was said they replaced all parts of the brakes, and the cost was over $800. at the time they seemingly did a good job, but 13,000 miles later and I need new brakes again. Now, I do not ride the brakes, or jam the brakes on. This has nothing to do with my driving. Never ever before have i had to replace brakes in less than a year. With no warranty, or anything. At the same time, the hose to my air conditioner was clogged so it was leaking into the front floor. They said there wasn't a clog in the hose, they tried to blow it out , nothing there. i took it to someone else I watched as they blew air in the hose, and all the water came gushing out. Soooo not that it was a huge expense, but they couldn't find the clog, which seemed like a super simple task. They actually tried to tell me that the water was coming from my windshield to inside the car and to take it to an autobody shop. Anyway, as far as I am concerned they are completely incompetent and I would NEVER take another car here!

I honestly don't know why he brought his car there as long as he did because every time would be a problem they never fix things correctly and he always end up paying more than he should. Which brings me to the time I was having car trouble and they told me my car needed ball joints or something like that when it really needed a transmission that was covered under warranty. So I paid for something to be fixed that wasn't broken and still had to go elsewhere to have my car fixed. Horrible lying unethical business.

I bought a Groupon for Broadway tire for an oil change and it cost me like 60 bucks and I'm thinking when I get there they'll be like an up charge or something nope 60 bucks I couldn't believe it. Then I asked them like what the regular price would be and it was 110 literally half the price of what I've been paying everywhere else. They were so nice. Instead of fixing the actually problem the replaced an exhaust pipe ($600 later) and did not even diagnose the problem and sent me back with my car still shaking and sounding loud. The next day I scheduled an appointment: they held my car the whole day and they did not tell me until the last minute that my car was not going to be looked at. I am completely appalled and unhappy how I was treated. People with appointments should come first over other people.
