But last April, 2023 I needed brakes. It was said they replaced all parts of the brakes, and the cost was over $800. at the time they seemingly did a good job, but 13,000 miles later and I need new brakes again. Now, I do not ride the brakes, or jam the brakes on. This has nothing to do with my driving. Never ever before have i had to replace brakes in less than a year. With no warranty, or anything. At the same time, the hose to my air conditioner was clogged so it was leaking into the front floor. They said there wasn't a clog in the hose, they tried to blow it out , nothing there. i took it to someone else I watched as they blew air in the hose, and all the water came gushing out. Soooo not that it was a huge expense, but they couldn't find the clog, which seemed like a super simple task. They actually tried to tell me that the water was coming from my windshield to inside the car and to take it to an autobody shop. Instead of fixing the actually problem the replaced an exhaust pipe ($600 later) and did not even diagnose the problem and sent me back with my car still shaking and sounding loud. The next day I scheduled an appointment: they held my car the whole day and they did not tell me until the last minute that my car was not going to be looked at. I am completely appalled and unhappy how I was treated. People with appointments should come first over other people.
