Sad! At the beginning of the conversation, the worker said the insurance companies in California had gone up 4 times the rate of what I was currently paying a month ( 200 a month to 900.00 a month. I called back because I wanted to know if this was a scam insurance company, I was told by a different worker that the quote was 500.00 a month. I ash were they selling my information drivers , license and vehicle information and they hung up the phone immediately. Be careful folks!! read more

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Cassandra is a rude, disrespectful, attitude having lady. She just cares about getting her little broker fee for some janky insurance. All we wanted to do was request a refund for this 140$ fee she charged without our consent and she was so mad. It could have been as simple as her requesting it then it would be done, instead she wanted to argue with us & insist that we were stupid or something. DO NOT DO IT! Rip Off. Can't even change a credit card to another credit card without writing a letter and jumping through hoops. Once the rep got my money he was literally impossible to get a hold of. There is a brokerage fee as well. Just get your insurance from the actual insurance company. Bad mistake. Now I am still waiting from an email to cancel my policy and get my card changed so they don't charge it! 7/28/17 - Now I get a call to collect my money for the broker. I'm sorry NO cancel everything!! I called AND emailed Freeway insurance reps to simply CHANGE MY CARD on file and no one got back to me at all! Now you want to call me and take my money for your broker who has been ignoring my calls and emails. Sorry. I am done with freeway insurance. The best part of this entire ordeal is now I know I can just go straight to the insurance company without Freeway Insurance as the "middle man." If I could give this company negative 5 stars I would ... It is funny that the only way to get anything done today is through social media. I have been trying to get a refund for over 3 months for a policy that did not even last a day. I followed all the procedures asked and still no response. I tried to file a claim through my bank and was denied. I call their 1 800 number and get the run around where they always pass the problem to someone who still is looking for the pass. It amazes me that in this day and age with technology that company's lack customer service, but I guess it shouldn't because they can hide behind a screen in anonymity as "we" the little people get screwed. There are a 100 choices for insurance, DO NOT make your choice Freeway Insurance. They are crooks and are only a middle man broker that will not help you in your time of need. BEWARE!!! Do not use this office!!!! I have been a customer since 1996 and had always used the West Covina office. Since I have moved to Upland I went to the Rancho office this last time to renew my insurance. In order to make a long story short.. they lied to me and ripped me off for $161.00!!! I have never been treated so badly from any company before..when I called to complain about the lie the person on the phone (Cody) thought it was funny and said there were no refunds. I paid $330.00 dollars to them and was told that I would have only 3 payments left on the insurance to make. When I got my bill, only $168.00 went toward the insurance and Freeway kept the rest, oh and I have 4 payment and not 3!!!! In all the years that I have been a customer of theirs, I just can't beleive I would be treated like this...I can not even express how mad I am!!! Please beware in using this office cause it turns out that they flat out LIE to their customers!!! read more

I am currently an insurance holder with them. And I have been going through grief with a family member passing away. They didn't not understand the situation and worried about the money rather than the situation. Which is pretty darn stupid? Isn't it about customer service? And taking care of their customers?
