She was so responsive at first then my rates went up dramatically and I cant get a hold of her no matter how much I call or how much I cant get a hold of her. On multiple occasions I have asked her coworkers "Yes may I talk to Betty?' and they said "Sure, What is your name" and I gave them my name and they said hold on. Came back said she was out of the office and would call me back. Still have not received a call. Not only is this the worst customer service I have received with insurance... But the worst customer service I have received ever. She should not be allowed to work in Insurance ever again. read more

I have to say that Maria Mendoza is a life saver, a whiz at her job as an agent at this location. She went the extra mile and used all her resources in finding me my best rate and i couldn't be happier. She is so personable and listens to you with compassion and focus in order to give excellent service. I heard their advertising on the radio. I called and tried to get a quote but didn't get through the first time. When I got home from work I called a second time. I spoke to a lady name Maria. I told her I needed a full coverage policy. She asked me to provide her with all the information she needed. It took about 30 minutes but I was very happy with the cost.
