This place doesn't deserve not even 1 star. I called and their quote sounded fair enough. They asked me to go to this office to make my first pymt and to take pictures of my vehicle and when I arrived they increased the amount. Why would they give you an amount over the phone and then tripled the amount when I walked into the office. I don't recommend this place at all it is a rip off. read more

Beware of their unnecessary fees I purchased a new car and wanted to add it to my insurance policy. After checking the price of my policy after adding my new car I decided to switch companies. They were able to get me a premium of $133 a month. I was told I needed to pay a total of $480 up front for the policy. When I asked what the extra $350 went to I was told it was paid to freeway and the broker kept some. I told them that amount was not acceptable and they came back with $270 due to me being a loyal customer. That was still $140 more than my premium. Before I decided to switch companies I brought up to the broker that my old insurance company (KEMPER) said I would pay a cancellation fee ($50) if I cancelled my policy early. The broker reviewed the contract I signed with Kemper and she told me Kemper would just keep whatever I premium I already paid for the month and thats it. Although I paid $140 more than my premium just to switch companies that was ok. Less than a month letter I got an invoice from Kemper stating I still owed them $30 for cancelling my insurance. Paying the extra money for the bulls*** fees would have been tolerable if the broker didn't lie about the cancellation fees I was going to get from my previous company. I have spoken with other insurance brokers and most of them told me they would have charged much less than $140 to switch insurance companies. Some said they wouldnt have charged anything and other said it would have been from $20 - $50. I would advise everyone who hates being lied to and paying unnecessary fees to avoid this company. The person who helped me was William Ortiz he was very helpful he made sure I didn't leave without getting the coverage I needed for a low price. Most companies say they will work with you and set you up with any type of service just to meet there quota it's sad how many people don't care about there customers but this place odviously had great caring employees.
