She is never available, never picks up or returns calls and when she does she's like out running errands or something so she has no time to talk to you and when she finally returns a call, it takes about 2 weeks for her to do so! This was the final straw for us, we recently bought a new car and wanted to add it onto our policy. We called several times, left voice messages, and even emailed her ... no response back until 4 days later! And her stupid ass response was that she wasn't even our agent - mind you, we've been to her office several times, talked on the phone many many times, filed claims with her, dealt with her for over 2 years for her to say that! We recieve mail with her stupid ass names on it on a monthly basis, how are you not our agent?? Anyways, we've moved on and our new agent is amazing!!! Stay away from Trang unless you like being ghosted.
