As a young person, anything related to money and financial planning has always been intimidating to me but PremierOne has educated me on all things money and finance. PremierOne helped buy out my lease from Honda and helped me to finally purchase my car! I would especially like to shine some light on Horacio who I've known since he was a teller and is now a member service officer, he's helped me secure personal loans that have helped with everything from veterinary bills to small business purchases. Horacio has always delivered incredible customer service, helped me make financial decisions, and has educated me on PremierOne's many financial products. If you're trying to move away from the big 4 banks, please consider a more local institution like PremierOne!

I spoke with a customer service representative who said they would transfer me to a manager for further assistance. After speaking with both the representative and the manager, neither of them were able to help me with my issue at all. There was no solution offered, no flexibility, and no effort to support a long-term customer. For a credit union that has been in business for years and makes millions of dollars in fees, the lack of care and support was shocking. Being treated this way after more than a decade of loyalty felt downgrading and dismissive. Customer service should value long-term members, not make them feel like they don't matter. Unfortunately, this experience showed me that loyalty does not seem to count here. Very poor service, and I expected much better.

Today we came back and met Mr. Ta. He handed the wallet back to my husband. He also handled some transactions for us today with kindness, politeness, and professionalism. Due to the fact that I usually forget my pin and so I am not able to use the ATM sometime, he wrote down the direct bank phone number for me to call and reset my pin, which is much faster than using the phone number on the back of my card. We truly appreciate Mr. Hy Ta dedicated service and high level of customer service.

I was transferred through three different departments, rep, providing my information and the purpose of my call each time, and then placed on hold for 22 minutes with no one ever picking up after the third transfer. I'm told I can pick one up in the local branch But it won't have the tap to pay feature. Talk about outdated and out of touch with the times. Oh, and don't get me started on the crappy app with major lag time and how only sometimes taking a picture of a check to deposit works and other times it reason . I honestly hate banking here and will absolutely be transferring elsewhere as soon as I have the time to sort it out and make the switch.

Warning! Important Information About Oportun This company…read moreis completely unreliable. If you're considering taking a loan from them, please be extremely careful! Two years ago, I took out a loan using my car title as collateral. I paid off the loan early on August 8, 2024. They promised that my title would be mailed to me within a week. However, eight months passed and I never received it. During this time: I called them dozens of times, but was kept on hold for long periods. They frequently disconnected my calls after saying "I'll transfer you to a manager." When I visited their office, they treated me rudely and lied repeatedly. Instead of resolving the issue, they kept trying to offer me new loans. Eventually, I filed lawsuits against them in Santa Clara County Court for fraud and document forgery. Soon, they will be legally required to return my car title based on the court's decision. Terrible customer service. Your important documents may not be safe. They aggressively push new loans instead of resolving existing issues. Bottom line: Stay away from this company! Do not let them take advantage of you. Remember, in America, the law protects your rights use it!

Would you pay a thief $5 to steal however much they decide to take from your wallet? Oportun is a…read morescam. This company misrepresents their intentions with your accounts and mysterious "admin fees" as they take money arbitrarily without notice or approval from you. Why would I pay $5 a month for them to appropriate some unknown amount monthly into their account when I already have a savings account? I do NOT have a loan with them, they literally took the money and the amount or transaction did not appear anywhere on my Oportun funds. Ask yourself why would you pay $5 a month for them to take however much they want for services you did not approve. Again this a scam company. When I called the rep was very rude and refused to tell me where in their agreement I authorized any moneys to be transferred and she could not provide any specific information. I asked when they got approval from me to transfer any funds other than some monthly fee and she refused to answer, instead kept repeating the same accusation that I approved it which they have no record of. I demanded the money be returned including the $5, the rep stated I would not receive the $5 but the $79.48 would by returned in 1-5 business days. Bottom line is that this is a fraudulent company. I had no loan with them, and they appropriated money without my consent and without notice they'd be taking any amount they want at the time. They should be ashamed of themselves. If my money is not returned I will sue them, and at the very least I'm reporting this to my bank, the FCC and BBB.

NOT FOR THIS BANK LOCATION…read more *Phone Representatives* Regarding Credit Card Department, & Credit Bureau Escalations Department Chase has no other place to leave a complaint on the quality of their phone call services. Holy smokes does Chase have THE WORST phone associates. VERY POOR telephone etiquette. VERY POOR training & knowledge provided to employees. The answer to all of my questions to TWO different associates were both "I don't know" & "I don't have a manager" & "I can't help you with that". Customer service requires a MINIMUM of a willingness to assist someone. BOTH associates had piss poor attitudes from start to finish. Did not want to take the time to help me, wanting me to just transfer me to another department. Then the last one hung up on me. NOT a good look for chase as a BANK. I WOULD NOT put my money here or trust my finances with a company who employs lazy and incompetent people to fill positions. No policy structure or knowledge from both associates. I was looking in to savings accounts, home buying, and opening a checking account for better transactions with my clients. After wasting an hour on the phone with 2 very demeaning individuals. I'd MUCH rather stay with my accounts at Bank of America and Wells Fargo.
