I would not recommend this company to advise you on homeowner's insurance, as they tried to sell me just a fire dwelling policy, which provides much less protection. At the time I reached out, I was regaining all liscence privileges back and found my options limited in which providers would help get me started. Let's Insure was a broker with a few options that were competitive and they had been polite and friendly throughout.  After scheduling my DMV appointment a month out, we had two weeks to get things in place. With much organization on my part, we unexpectedly exceeded the two weeks and I missed an appointment that had aligned perfectly with all other involvements around this comlpicated situation and caused other transport issues in follow. I was a bit shocked the underwriting process took two weeks and overall disappointed with the lack of knowledge around this (everyday few days something new was needed). Anyways,moving along...I was told after an accident fell off a few months later, I'd see a rate deduction (which never happened). I was then told when my initial 6 months policy ended, I would see a drastic decrease in my premium for various reasons (which didn't happen either). After shopping around, I found a much better rate and requested to cancel this policy. In effort to avoid the auto deduct on my account a week later, it was important this would be handled timely. To my understanding, it was never handled by my agent. I cancelled my own policy through the provider the day before. ...I would have done this from the start, but was told to handle it through my agent.  Overall, my experience was polite, friendly and responsive, but appeared to lack either an understanding for the process, or ititative to support the client, or a bit of both. I give it a 3 because he was cool, but I'm not sure why there was such disconnect when it came to business. read more

WARNING! Do not go with this insurance company! They are incredibly unprofessional and will waste your time and rip you off. I requested to cancel my policy and was sent an email saying it was complete only to realize that my account continued to be charged. I called Salar to figure out what was going on. First, he essentially said it was my problem as he was certain my policy was cancelled and accounting was out of his control, told me to call myself, gave me the wrong contact information. I call the Anthem only to find out there was no record of him canceling my policy. Now I have to retro cancel my plan for 6 months of reimbursement. The topper is that Salar tried to blame the mistake on me by saying I should have checked myself. I was young and naive when I opened up this policy with this business. I would highly recommend going with another insurance broker as there are plenty out there incredibly more professional and knowledgeable. read more
