I called them in mid January to let them know our business of 35 years was closing its doors. I was assured that the policy was put up for non renewal. In April, I woke up to a large debit from my account for payment on this insurance. I called Germer and he said he would take care of it and call me back that same day. I stopped pmt on the debit as the business was no longer there. Today I get a call from a collection agency demanding the funds saying we were charged for the first month. Called Germer for help and left a message but no return call. Avoid these people!

Most recently, they scheduled a policy review by phone, then rescheduled it for a day later. When they didn't call, I called them and asked why. They said my review was scheduled for the prior day (original date). Well, why didn't you call then, either? "Uh, well, um... Let me see if I can have Brandon call you. What's your number?" First, I had a policy review with Brandon six weeks ago and things were missed. That's why I was scheduled to talk with Brian. Second, I have half a dozen policies with you and you don't know my damn phone number? Time for a new Allstate agent.

Better yet, its now going on 2 weeks of trying to get the payment credited back with little understanding why the agents never responded or cancelled it. Ive been on hold with Allstate billing now for over 34 minutes since the agents have been of no assistance.....still no credit. Insurance agents are generally all alike, but I'd recommend looking elsewhere, these guys dont provide any value. I cant imagine dealing with these guys on a claim.
