I called them in mid January to let them know our business of 35 years was closing its doors. I was assured that the policy was put up for non renewal. In April, I woke up to a large debit from my account for payment on this insurance. I called Germer and he said he would take care of it and call me back that same day. I stopped pmt on the debit as the business was no longer there. Today I get a call from a collection agency demanding the funds saying we were charged for the first month. Called Germer for help and left a message but no return call. Avoid these people!

The claims staff at Allstate are completely incompetent. They talk to you about your claim and…read morethen a different person calls you to discuss the same claim with no idea that you've already done this. Then a third and fourth person calls you. Then they send you a letter. Then you have to call them back and wait on the phone for 40 mins to talk to someone who does their job for a moment because you insist and they find out the have had everything they need for a month. Avoid this company if you don't want to give your claims statement 12 times. They simply don't know how to log customer contacts at all. The same task gets assigned to multiple people and none of them look to see if someone already did it they just keep starting the process over.
