We called to add a third vehicle to our policy but instead they moved one of the original vehicles onto a separate policy with the new vehicle. This made 2 separate policies with 2 separate payment dates without me knowing initially. Every month they said that they would combine the policies but failed to do so unbeknown to me. So I'm paying thinking all three vehicles are covered just to find out that one of the coverages had lapsed for months! I had already asked to speak to the owner to no avail but since the issues continued I demanded this time. To say her behavior was unbecoming of Any Professional would be an understatement! As I'm explaining my experience with her staff, she said something like, looky here Honey! After she gathered her senses, she assured me that she would rectify the issue and they explained that the employee that was previously handling my account was no longer with the company. If I wasn't fighting for my life and trying to walk again I would have still left. I still should've left the First Time! Because I didn't they continued to say they'll combine my policies the next month so I pay the new amount then they said, even though you paid the amount of your policies combined we're only applying that to 2 vehicles not 3 and we'll give you a credit for those 2 vehicles for the next month! Avoid the headache and high blood pressure and go Anywhere Else!!!!

I've called multiple times and each time I'm told someone will get back to me--but no one ever does. Every time I call, I have to explain the entire situation from the beginning like it's the first time. Brian, repeatedly promised he would call me back within 30 minutes but never followed through. When I called the office to follow up, I was told "Oh, he leaves at 12 PM"--as if that justifies not following up with a customer. This has been a very frustrating and unprofessional experience. If you value your time and want reliable communication, I'd suggest looking elsewhere.
