I have been coming to this laundromat and for the most part have had a good experience. Plenty of washers and free dryers. Today I come in and mind you it's 6:45 a.m. I have my cart with my clothes and I say to the lady working good morning ma'am, excuse me, she looks at me and says you could go around I'm working in this area, so I in turn say can I not use the washing machine and I point to the one about two or three machines down from her and she looks with a face like she didn't want me to and said I guess. I said to her it's too early to not be nice, let's have a happy day. She is normally not like this. She helped other customers but her face was not welcoming with any interaction. I felt like I should have asked what machines I could have used like this isn't a public laundromat. The laundromat is clean and reasonably priced. Dryers are free. Ample parking, free WiFi, cash and card accepted but You do need to use there card and put the money on it which is $1.50 and if you lose it you have to pay for another one. read more

I use to love this place due to my busy schedule i drop off my clothes and when i dropped them off the girls were really rude like she was upset she had to wash and fold clothes she didn't realize i spoke Spanish and started talking to her co worker. Today when i went to pick up clothes she made me so uncomfortable i am wondering now if they washed my clothes or did they just folded them she said something to her coworker again so i called the manager the manager was like i will talk to her but it just didn't feel right. unfortunately, its the closet laundromat to me. so disappointed read more

I will come here when I have too much bedding and want to get it done in two hours instead of 6 at home and this place is the best!!! Tons of staff and they are always cleaning which makes the location super clean and they have new machines and a massage chair that I haven't used but it's an option. Had to do a laundry run for my folks, long story! The usual one they go to - I won't mention the name is super sketchy with hardly any parking so I drove by it yelping for a laundromat to save the day. Came across this one with great reviews and it didn't disappoint. Located right by the JWU Harborside campus with plenty of parking and a pizza/deli store across the street that I was tempted to go into but didn't - there's always next time. The place is huge and immaculately clean. A ton of washers and dryers of multiple sizes for all your laundry needs so there's never a wait - they do offer laundry services also. The only thing I noticed that was different from other laundromats was that they charge you extra for different water temperatures - obviously hot will run you slightly more. Not coin operated and you can use your credit card - pretty simple, just add money to your laundry card! Gone are the days of dirty coin fingers. I believe if you pay in cash, you get a bonus $2 added to your card for every $20 you load. Plenty of seating and TV's located all around the building with a few vending machines for your munchies cravings. The attendants there are pretty helpful if you have any questions. If ever outside laundry services were needed again, I would come here for sure. read more

I went with my dress and scarf their dry cleaning services. They lost the dress is in complete! They handed me the dress missing it's top piece thus my dress is rendered useless I cannot wear it. I had to spend my $ to buy another dress. No one is taking accountability just pointing the finger at the dry cleaning service your business says you do! The manager is no where to be found and they're saying come this day when you arrive no manger no one wants to take accountability for their mistake losing my component piece for my dress. I'm so disappointed terrible customer service and they expected a tip! Never in life again if you value your clothing go elsewhere. I went back today the owner Rosa says the Item is lost and they will not refund me or replace the value of the dress. She refused to give the owner name because " it's bad for her" also the attendant says they have a history of losing peoples clothes to never do dry cleaning there. This place is great and quite big inside. It's clean and there are tables for folding. There is free WiFi and the driers are free as well. Our washer broke at home so we are temporarily using the laundromat. We recommend this one that feels well run with a helpful staff person or two always accessible. Highly recommend ! read more

A brand spankin' new Freeway less than a mile away from me? Hell yes. Up until today the fam and I have been very frequent guests at their Broadway location for years. It's a bit of a pain having to drive through Providence (I'm lookin' at you 95 North) but hey, it's our laundromat. We've been driving by for months now looking forward to their opening so we definitely jumped on the chance to clean a few odds and ends today. The building is pretty gorgeous for a laundromat: lots of flat screen televisions, a couple comfy couches and of course, free wifi. They offer up to a 100lb washer and 75lb for dryers. (I'm not 100% sure if they go any higher: I didn't see it when I looked around.) The staff are super sweet: both of the ladies on duty this morning checked in on us and even offered to change the channel to anything we wanted. Since the machines are brand new, they work REALLY well so we kinda overdid it with the dryer on the first go. We'll be back for sure. read more

I'm far from impressed with this place. First the bright white feeling is overwhelming for my sensitive eyes. Second. I came for the free Wi-Fi that didn't work till I was almost leaving. A HUGE disappointment! And the attitude from the ladies was horrible. They barely spoke English, and didn't seem to care at all about my wanting to use Wi-Fi, and even insinuated it was all my fault. When asked them for help. They actually said I don't know anything about it, because I work here. Meaning she was to busy doing physical labor, and not playing around on the internet. And said it as if I was bothering their work. So obviously they know nothing about customer service, and could care less about my experience. They are either completely ignorant, or the management there is too hard on them about getting their work done on time. And DO NOT care how they treat their customers! Either way I won't be coming back here. I get treated better up on Broad St., even though it's not supposed to be as nice a neighborhood. Plus it costs me less to do my laundry there I really despise being treated like I am a bother when I ask for help at a place. I Don't know how/why these types of people think they can treat people this way. Maybe they can to some people, but not me. I do my laundry every week, and will let someone else make that profit if you treat me This way. GOOD RIDDANCE!!! read more

I mean, this place is up there in laundromat experiences for me... I do not visit such businesses often, but when I do a thorough clean of comforters etc, its just easier to go down to a laundromat and use one of their larger machines... I have passed by here several times and decided to head on over yesterday to clean our king size comforter... When I walked in I was pleasantly surprised.. Big, bright, clean, brand new looking machines, flat screen TVs all over the place, and I was in and out in 45min and it only cost me $6 to wash and dry my King Comforter. The staff was helpful with figuring out what machine would work best... The payment system is a bit confusing for a newbie, but i figured it out. I guess there is not much signage that tells you that you need to load money on a card they provide.. I couldn't understand why my CC wouldn't work, and had to go to the counter to tell them something was wrong... Well what was wrong was that the machines don't take CCards... Once I cleared all that up, the rest was simple, quick, and inexpensive... I would suggest that they take a broom to the floor a few times throughout the day because I know I saw several pieces of laundry fall to the floor and that is a linty business... hair and lint gather quick and it looks like the place could use a quick sweep regularly... I will be back next time there is a need! read more

It's close to my house and it gets the job done. Dryers are free and washers are reasonably priced. $3.99 for 20lb, 4.99 for 30lb, etc. Saw a small bug crawling outside one of the dryers once and it completely freaked me out but overall, it seems pretty clean. I would recommend plastic bins to keep your stuff off the floor, and avoid using their carts (I'm a germaphobe). Staff is on top of the maintenance. Free WiFi. read more

I was able to successfully finesse over 45 free 20lb washes with their check-in feature. As of today, they no longer honor the free wash. Bummer I know. Attempted to talk to management and they denied my request. Thanks for the free washes! read more

Perfumed dry cleaning??? I took some dress shirts and suits to Freeway to try them out. Price for dry cleaning is pretty good, but it all came back just reeking of fragrance, the dress shirts especially. Like they used a heavy dose of cheap scented detergent plus a fistful of Bounce sheets to dry them. Even the dry cleaned items had the same scent, which is just odd -- maybe picked up just being hanging near the other returned laundry. I'm actually taking the whole load to another cleaner to redo and get the fragrance out, which is really annoying. Never have had a cleaner dose dress shirts with heavily fragranced detergent before. To make things worse, when dropping off the lady messed up on the computer and had to re-enter all of my deets 3 times! At pick up, they had forgotten to tag my suits and so I had to stare while they spun the whole rack round and round until I saw them. I can chalk those up to working out kinks in a new store, but again, flowery fumes from my dress shirts is a show stopper. Not again. read more

Went in earlier this week; lots of space and lots of washers and dryers holding different capacities. A wash for a 45-lb load took less than a half hour, which was wonderful! The person on staff who helped me go through the process of obtaining and adding money to their laundry card was super nice (thank you!), as well, which alone would be a reason to come back. The only slight issue I had was with the dryer - even though it's free if you did a wash there, I could only get the machine to do 7 minutes at a time, which wasn't helpful (still, nothing that ruined my experience). read more

Amazing place to do laundry! The ladies are very kind and busy. The bathroom is in fabulous condition, extremely clean. (Must ask for key; I waited a long time once for the bathroom but I kinda figured it out). First time there I wasnt sure where the change machine was, but figured out that theres a neat card system kinda like dave and busters... machines are brand new. Awesome place! read more
