Requested a tow at 10:30 pm on a Friday night. Blew out two tires and wasn't able to move the vehicle at all. A technician was out to me within a half hour, and I was home within the hour. I called these guys out of frustration waiting for AAA for over two hours and I'm so happy I did. A HUGE THANK YOU TO JAY OF ELITE TOWING!! My 2021 Tesla "died" on Thursday, a very hot day, in the Walmart parking lot. My husband called Tesla, who sent Elite Towing with the necessary flatbed tow truck to rescue me. Jay worked VERY hard to try to get juice from the dead 12-volt battery, but it was just d-e-a-d. It was then NOT a simple matter of hooking Tessie up onto the flatbed, because parked cars were blocking her on both sides and in front. Coincidentally, another person had called for a tow truck for her car, and the driver of that tow truck, from another towing company, helped us with getting my car out of the wedged-in location. i had an issue with a curb/bumper - and misjudging an exit out of a dark parking lot. Justin came the very next morning, and carefully retracted my car within 10 minutes ! Terrible company, tried to charge us same amount ($2,000) when we needed to change address for pickup which was twice as close as initial address, which would have been a 40 mile tow. Paul absolutely tried to take advantage of someone he thinks is in a dire situation. Just stick with AAA, or any of the other endless towing companies. Edit: forgot to mention we had 2 people and the guy, Paul, said he only had room for 1 person. Then the story changed that he had room for no one. So you're going to leave us stranded on the side of the 10 after you take the car? A joke of a "service." Like I said, AAA serviced us professionally and much more timely. read more

I phoned Elite Towing regarding a tow. After providing information that the vehicle was going to a body shop for repair, I was asked if we had towing included in our insurance policy. I said I wasn't sure. He said that I should call my insurance company and add it in and then they could do the tow the following day. He then informed me that the charge would be $395 for a regular tow that other companies would charge $100. There was no special requirements for the tow. This is not only insurance fraud but just bad business all the way around. This is definitely a report to the BBB. read more

Hands down best experience with a towing company, period. Had an accident involving our BMW; truck pulled out of a parking lot right in front of us. Slammed on brakes and had to veer into the curb, and the guy took off. Barely made it home before tires went completely flat. Paul came out ( we had told him the car was garaged but had two front flats), assessed the damage, and was able to position his beautiful truck to be able to pull the car out of the garage (one of those single turned angle garages). He was meticulous, careful and a great communicator, and his truck had all the necessary bells and whistles to get the car out safely. We had one other company out before Elite... one that State Farm had dispatched, but their driver looked perplexed and actually scared of trying to load the car, so we sent him away, called our agent, and was told to find the company of our choice.
