The arrival was quick and the transportation of the vehicle to my home was great. It was what happened after. Staff who transported my vehicle, sent me an unsolicited and unwanted picture of his penis. This is extremely unprofessional and degrading for any woman to have to be subjected to receiving this. I have children. My children occasionally use my phone. I cannot begin to imagine if they would have opened that message. This is abuse of your services and harassment. He assessed the slope and the vehicle's position before attaching anything, set the winch anchor on solid ground above the ditch line, and extracted the car at a controlled rate. No sudden movement that would have made the situation worse. Walked the car with me after recovery to check the underside. Cost was communicated on-scene before work started.
