I've had apartments that were smaller. Seriously. From security to clean grounds. This is probably one of the best Storage Rentals I've ever seen. Although 24 hour access is not an option here, they do make the units plenty available outside of their office hours. I mean, really, who needs to get into their storage unit at midnight anyways? When you rent a unit, you are given an individual access code that opens the drive up the security gate. There are plenty of cameras around so little goes unnoticed. The property is kept very clean and tidy; I did not see one piece of litter on the entire property. Here is what makes them special. Service. Storage units are at a premium here in Boise, so if you find one available, it won't be for long. I rented a unit for two months and paid the security deposit and both months all at once. The manager, who is both very kind and professional, informed me at my signing that they "like" 30 days notice if they can get it before termination. Long story short, two weeks later I learned I would not need the unit at all. I gave them a call to inform them and they were over-the-moon fair in refunding my prepaid rent. They had every opportunity to make easy money and instead, they chose to provide a fair neighborly solution; I like that kind of business. I got the feeling this is just how they operate as a business every day. I like that. :) Go prepared, they do not accept credit cards, but will accept your check or of course cash.

Recently moved in! I've moved into a few storage units in…read moredifferent states and I can tell you that this is the best move in experience I've had. The gentleman up front Jim, is super friendly and was informative on everything. He went out of his way to show me the ins and outs of using the locks and told me about all the amenities they have, WiFi, 24 hour access, power outlets. He answered all my questions before I even asked. If your like me, you want an easy going move in, but also want the man up front to be professional and informative. And it was guys. Super easy and after this long week I appreciate it more then they know. The front office was clean, organized and felt welcoming. The grounds are in great shape, no trash lying around, no pot holes or any debris anywhere. The storage unit itself was in great shape, it is clean and well maintained. I been to a few storage units where you get there and it's dirty on the inside. This is actually one of the only outdoor storage units I've had that is in this good of shape. At this point I have no complaints and I couldn't find something wrong if I tried. If you are looking for a nice clean storage unit with an awesome gate keeper, this is it folks!
