In many ways it feels like a third world relief center. In addition I was recently harassed by an unhinged and screaming building attendant who chased me off the property because I was simply walking around the grounds and empty parking area with my walker as I usually do on a Saturday afternoon. I'm coming to the conclusion that this center is dysfunctional and needs to replace its incompetent staff.

We made an appointment with Wes, and he met with us on a Saturday afternoon. We were actually blown away with how gorgeous the campus is. The views are spectacular. The buildings are immaculate and clean and very very well cared for. There are views out every window and so many lovely sitting areas. The individual apartment that we saw was very spacious and nice, with a small kitchenette and one bedroom with large closets. It is very quiet and peaceful. We toured the dining room which also sits in the hillside with stunning views. We were shown the community garden, which was in full bloom and met some of the residents there. There are many activities and services that are included in the price. The price is also very reasonable. Wes was a great tour guide and we appreciate his taking the time to show us around.

It's gated entry, with security guard, is on Mission Blvd. It shares a common entry with Acacia Creek Retirement Community. The guard will give you directions, and offer you a map if needed. My job sends me to this beautiful place on behalf of a major HMO. Drive slowly and carefully, as the roads are narrow. Everything is clearly marked. I always go straight to the Reception Desk and ask for proper directions. Staff are nice and polite. It's a clean and well maintained facility. I was directed to the Lorber Building / Skilled Nursing Facility. It was clean, and doesn't smell like a nursing hospital. RN Staff were professional, and directed me to the proper person. Overall, a very good experience here.

In the end of the day, everyone is connected and to one another and I'll say this, Euro Tennis is way better with better customer service than here. I grew up learning to play tennis by my dad. All was self taught through him. We weren't a rich family, but we were raised with values that took us far in life. I don't know what values these tennis coaches have here, but I'll say this.. poor customer service doesn't get very far. My ultimate goal was just to get my 4 yo and soon to be 5 yo to just make friends and get to know the sport that I love very much. I suggest all parents to go to Euro Tennis. Better customer service and lots of options. At Euro Tennis, they accept kids of all kinds. They have patience. And their focus is just making sure the kids have fun. At 5-7 yo, the ultimate goal is to have fun and like the sport.

The entire studio was dark and I had a bad feeling. Luckily, the door wasn't locked (yet) and I walked in looking for someone for guidance. I then saw a trainer leaving so I yelled across the studio asking if I could start setting up. He looked confused at first, then realized NO ONE informed him or anyone about a party. He mentioned it's not the first time it happened, and something with someone not sending an email. So someone just seriously messed up and forgot about a party. Just WOW. I even asked it weekly prior when I was there to ensure they had everything needed. Every single time they confirmed my booking was there and it was all set. Then the day came and nothing was set up. Had I came a little later and he left, we would have been stranded with no party. However, he saved the day by calling his team and then helped get the activity set up. We started maybe only 15 min later than anticipated because he quickly got everything together and more trainers showed up eventually. Honestly, a venue forgetting an event you book is literally the worst nightmare. I will never book this place again and if you do, call the day of because you just can't be too careful someone forget to do their job. Three star because the trainer saved the day and kids ended up having fun but not worth the full on panic attack.
