Kimberly in admissions was incredibly helpful getting us started. Bambi (Director of RN) and Tammy (lead RN) have gone above and beyond helping coordinate my mom's discharge, along with Eric, the social worker, who's made a stressful process so much easier. Ciya, the physical therapist, and her team have been amazing -- making sure my mom gets PT and OT five times a week, which has made a real difference in her recovery. The facility itself is light, bright, and spotlessly clean, and every staff member we've encountered has been friendly and caring. We're so grateful for the whole team here.

I didn't have the ability to care for them safely at home, and I'm so grateful this facility was able to keep them. From administration and admissions to nursing, rehab, social services, and housekeeping, the staff has been nothing but professional, compassionate, and kind. They treat my parents with dignity and respect, and that means everything to me. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for quality care for their loved ones. Shout out to Tammy, Kimberly, Kim, Eric and the team for everything they do day in and day out!

The nurses see this but don't say anything--they are very nice. However, lately, whenever I visit, I encounter a Vietnamese woman who works in my mother's room; she isn't a nurse but assists the patients. Nowadays, every time I come here to visit my mother, it feels like visiting a prisoner in a detention center. Ms. L. constantly grills me about what food I've brought and what ingredients are in it; she doesn't just ask upon our first meeting--she scrutinizes every time I was here with every single item I bring for my mother. Last week, I brought my mother a small piece of chicken pie (3x3 inches) and three-quarters of a cup of Jell-O--a very small portion, certainly not a full lunch. As soon as she saw me, she began questioning me relentlessly: "What is that food? Did you put chocolate in the Jell-O?" "What kind of pie is it?" She is neither a nurse nor a nutrition expert. She questioned me as if interrogating a prisoner. That wasn't the end of it; after I finished feeding my mother, she came back and asked, "Does your mother eat a lot or a little?" I replied, "Why do you ask that?" She said, "If your mother eats a lot, I'll have her lunch cut off." I felt like she was flaunting her power over my mother and me; I felt we were being abused. It was just a small 3x3-inch piece of cake and three-quarters of a cup of Jell-O--my mother only ate half of it--yet she threatened to cut off her lunch. Who was she in this rehab facility? How much authority did she have to throw her weight around like that? This is America, not Communist Vietnam. At 12:05 PM, I saw a nurse hand Ms. L. a small carton of milk (I guessed it was a nutritional supplement drink like Ensure)for my Mom. I was even more surprised when I saw that, instead of placing the carton of milk on the table--which was completely clear and uncluttered--she stashed it away in the drawer of my mom bedside cabinet !!! It struck me as odd...

The Marketing Director Jeff Katz was amazing in explaining the details for moving in, initial fees, monthly rates, etc. which were considerably reasonable compared to other CCRC we toured. Our experience with Jeff was a stark contrast from other communities we toured. Jeff was honest and genuine. Looking forward to bringing more clients to this community.

It creates a safe and welcoming environment for both patients and staff. It is a facility where professionalism, teamwork, and compassion are clearly prioritized. It is a place where I would be honored in pursuing employment after completing my clinicals. During my clinical experience, I felt encouraged to learn and was consistently supported by staff who were willing to share their knowledge while maintaining a strong focus on proper patient centered care. Having a grandfather with Parkinson's disease deepened my understanding of the importance of patience, dignity, and compassionate care; values that Creekview consistently demonstrates. I am truly appreciative of the professionalism and empathy shown by the entire team, and I would feel very confident entrusting my own family's care to this facility. Overall, Creekview reflects excellence in both care and workplace culture.
