He used to be nice to me, but after asking me about who my parents' wanted to vote for during the Philippines' election, he started acting really strange. Mind you, I was uneducated at the time and I simply answered his question to which he seemed to take offense. I'm a very progressive person, and to my knowledge, so is he, but I feel like there was some miscommunication. After that, he became really awful at tutoring me and changed his behavior towards me. He used to ask me about my hobbies and talk to me about games and things like that but then switched to this "strictly business" attitude which threw me off and made me uncomfortable. I would ask him questions about my math homework and he would often refer me back to the book's tutorials which seems counterintuitive because I came here to be taught. The other tutors here; Hannah and Kanchan are amazing and extremely supportive and are a lot more knowledgable. I've never felt any hostility or lack of attention from them. I would recommend this place if it is still open, but please avoid being uneducated here as it's possible that you might be treated differently!
