They have zero call back policies apparently . Don't hesitate to go elsewhere for quality business. He acts like he cares about his customers but he doesn't he would rather argue…read morewith them because he's "always right" When they installed my roof they added a brand new vent for my furnace and water heater but the dummies left the instruction papers inside vent and also capped it which ment all the co2 and condensation from water heater (parts have also melted) was going into my house and making us sick. Could have killed us. Matt had nothing to say when we called him out on his crappy job. F*** him and that companion still picking up nails in my yard and driveway from them.
